This attractive 2-bedroom + loft, 2-bathroom deluxe condo is perfectly located in Breckenridge’s Warrior’s Mark neighborhood. It’s a five-minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift and Ski School on Peak 9, with wonderful hiking/biking trail options in the summer months. And, it’s just a short walk to all the shops, restaurants and nightlife on Breckenridge’s Main Street.
Entering the condo, you’ll notice the soaring vaulted ceilings and a tastefully remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. There’s room for six at the dining table and four more at the breakfast bar. The living room has a beautiful brick wood-burning fireplace with a huge flat-screen TV mounted above it. Step out onto the patio to breath in the fresh mountain air and take in the beauty of the mountains around you.
You’ll also love having seasonal access to the shared pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs! Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, in-unit washer/dryer, and parking for two vehicles. Our group of four adults was very comfortable in this two bedroom plus loft condo. The location was in walking distance to the lift (not able to ski to/from but a short walk even with fresh snow). The stairs to the condo were a daily challenge after skiing but not an issue. The area at the entranceway in our condo was convenient for storing our skis (no storage at ground level). Parking was very convenient at the base of the stairs - no trouble getting a spot on the weekend. Inside the rooms were spacious and the bed comfortable. Both bedrooms on the same floor as the living/kitchen area, the loft up the spiral staircase and open to the living/kitchen area. Bathrooms had plenty of hot water. The hot tub was a quick walk from the condo - we returned in wet suits, boots and a towels only through the snow and didn't feel cold, so short was the walk. The kitchen had the pots/pans/dishes/utensils and oil/various spices/salt (nothing in fridge/freezer provided) needed for dinner prep. Only items we wished we brought were foil and plastic wrap for leftovers and sandwich wrapping. The coffee maker needs an upgrade or different filter papers - it didn't drain into the carafe well and never tasted right even with four days to experiment (we brought our own coffee - supplied was Folgers). The sofas were great for the four of us and the table and breakfast bar made for comfortable eating. Overall the entire space was clean. When texting the property management the response was within minutes. We'd stay here again.

Location was great walking distance to town and to the Quicksilver lift. The kids loved the loft area! Layout was nice and had a lot of room, more room than we needed, for our family of 5. We walked to the Breckenridge Ale House & Pizza, we enjoyed this thin crust pizza and the Super Slice! I couldn’t find the Recycling bins at the complex however Breckenridge town has a recycling center 8 minutes away off of Hwy 9 on Coyne Valley Road which was a very easy stop on our way out of Breck. The dishwasher didn’t seem to work very well, some of the cups had to be washed again but we may have had trouble figuring out how to turn it on/ off. The units do not have ski lockers so we left our skis in the car which worked out well, easier than carrying them up and down the flights of stairs. There is a walking path to the Quicksilver lift from parking lot so easy for our kids to follow the signs to the hill. The management company was proactive in reaching out during our stay to confirm everything was good, they were very responsive and helpful with questions during our stay and even brought an extra fan that we wanted to use while there. We had an issue with the oven handle and they were very quick to send someone to fix it for us. We wish we would have used the wood burning fireplace but we forgot to get firewood, so we will next time. We plan to stay there again !

Perfect location. Short walk to Charter Sports where we rent our gear and about 50 yards from the Quicksilver chair lift on Peak 9. Set-up inside the Motherload fit our need for 8 people well. Only complaint is no matches or lighter for the Duraflame logs that we purchased for the fireplace since it's not gas. Well, the pizza cutter could be better, but that's trivial. Definitely would rent again if back with more than 6 people!

Great location. 10 minute walk to Quick Silver Lift, 15 minutes back (bit off an incline on the way back). Real challenge, the 3 flights of stairs to apartment. We left our skies in our parked car!!!! Once there, you do not need your car for anything. Easy 10 minute walk to downtown restaurants. Shared Pool and Hot tubs right next to this condo. You can see the facilities from the master bedroom window. Easy to check the crowd or availability of the facilities. Loft is essentially a 3rd, very large bedroom. Stairs do lead to lots of minor injuries. Took my teenagers about 2 days to master.

Overall very smooth- the check and key drop off worked great The condo while quite old and used worked well for 4 guys-bathroom fan in smaller red bathroom was OBNOXIOUS. That whole bathroom needs to be redone. Otherwise quite nice rental and would use summit mt rental again

A group of friends and I stayed in this unit for two nights and wish we would have stayed for more. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for our group of three ladies and two gentlemen. Close proximity to the town as well as hot tub made our evenings fun. We were pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen well stocked with all of the pots, pans, and cooking utensils you could possibly want--made our breakfasts and dinners delightful. All in all, loved our place and will definitely be coming back.

A nice "touch" was that they left some kitchen essentials -salt, cooking oil, sugar. Often these are thrown away or taken home by the cleaning staff. It sure made our first day easy. One should know that this unit is lovely, roomy and cozy, but it is on the third floor. Coming from sea level, it was a task getting up those stairs the first day! The pool and hotbuv were a 30 second walk across the parking lot. And the ski lift was a 5-10 minute walk down the road. 5-10 minutes will also get you to the top of Main St. so it was ultra-convenient. I'd stay here again fer sure.

We found the condo exactly as described with ample room for our family of 5 (sleeps 10). Relatively close to Peak 9 and the center of town. Kitchen fully equipped for most needs. Only the 2 couches and pillows could use upgrading. Great time had by all in Breck!

My group & I had a wonderful time in Breckenridge and we loved the property we stayed at. The only thing we would have changed was what time the hot tub closed. It closed at 9:00pm and we were hoping it wouldn't close until mid-night. But everything else was great. The people were very helpful and answered all of our questions, even gave us snowboarding tips.
Nice location drawback was no ski locker on ground floor!!

Nueta estancia fue genial la cocina esta muy bien equipdacon todo lo necesario, lo nico es que me gustaria elevador y cochera. El bano de la recamara principal tenia un olor un poco desagradable cuando llegmos y trate de limpiarlo pero no habia trapeador (mop) asi que utilice una toalla pequeita que traia entre mis cosas y mejoro totalmente. gracias

I really enjoyed staying at the Motherlode for Oktoberfest this year. It was an easy walk to main street. The only issues were having to pay to park at the ice rink and it was a little dusty up in the loft which caused some allergies to spring up for some.
