Trails End Easy Rest Condo is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo that is perfect for groups of up to four. You’ll love the open, spacious layout and balcony overlooking the town of Breck and the mountains. In the living area, there’s a gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV; it’s the perfect place to relax and share stories about the day’s Rocky Mountain adventures. There is a full kitchen to make après ski snacks or a gourmet meal, and you can easily ski in for a quick lunch and be back on the Quicksilver Superchair in minutes!
You will also enjoy the shared hot tub and access to the Upper Village Pool and hot tub, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. As with all Summit Mountain Rental properties, we supply all linens and basic toiletries and each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. You’ll also sleep well knowing our helpful staff is on call 24-hours a day so your vacation can be as hassle free as possible.

The unit is screaming for an update. The kitchen is not well equipped for making meals. The bed linens are extremely worn out with shredding and holes in the comforter etc. The bed itself squeaks all night!!!! The windows are extremely drafty. I no certainly wouldn’t not stay here again.

I prefer renting from Summit Mountain Rentals, vs. Airbnb or VRBO, when I visit Breck. It's typically a little cheaper to rent from Summit Mountain, they communicate well, the check-in and checkout process is easy, and there are no unpleasant surprises. I've stayed at Trails End several times. The Quicksilver lift is about 400 feet from the building's back door and it's a short walk to Main St. too. Trails End has 2 hot tubs; one indoor and one outdoor. It also provides free access to the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs across the street. Unit 409 was clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything that I needed. The furniture and decor were a little dated, but in good shape and functional. The bed was comfortable. The bedroom did not have a TV, which is uncommon in my experiences at Trails End, but it was not a problem for me. I would stay here again.

The condo location was convenient to the Peak 9 base and also close to downtown Breckenridge which made getting take out or eating out easy. There was an odd odor in the unit and in the hallway of the building that never went away during our stay. Directions to the pool would have been helpful and there were noisy neighbors and people outside after midnight almost every night. The unit had a humidifier which was amazing as it was much drier than I expected. The fireplace was great to have and made the living room very cozy.

We travel to CO about once a year with a group and always use SMR - they are great to work with. Trails End has a great location during summer, just a block to main street and good parking. The condo had a nice balcony and really good view. The downside: it's clean but kind of tired: the blue chair had a broken seatback frame and most importantly, the sleeper sofa is WAY past its prime. At a minimum, it needs a new mattress, but I think the springs and suspension are toast. It was still a decent value because it's one of the lower priced units.

This particular unit did not work for us - as described below - but don't miss the fact that Summit Mountain Rentals was GREAT to work with and moved us to another location ASAP. We were a party of 4 - so two people needed to use the pullout sofa bed. It felt like an inch of lumpy mattress between us and the springs. We piled 6 folded up blankets on top of the mattress and it was still miserable. Folded it back up - one person slept on the couch and one on the floor that first night. There's an air mattress in the closet -with no pump to inflate it. I've slept in many horrible beds but in decades of travel have never asked to move to a new location - it was that bad. This should be strictly marketed as a 1 bed unit for max of 2 occupants. The unit's location is great - truly walkable to town - and has a nice view. But it is tired and dated. And very crowded. Not shown in pic is the fact that there is a square table with 4 chairs on the same wall as the TV - as well as bulky stools at the kitchen bar. Makes it very tight to move around. Not too bad as we were there in the summer but can't imagine moving around in winter gear. Would rent with Summit Mountain Rentals again - super smooth check in/out process. (Note you do have to go to their office in town, in case you are Ubering it from the airport.) They were gracious and kind and completely understanding when I called the next morning after our horrible night and moved us to a new unit in a different complex that next day. They let us review the new unit's pictures online to make sure we were okay with it. It was a bit further from town and did not have a view, but was fine with us given the fact that it was a last minute change and we were at the mercy of what was available.

Extremely impressed with the Summit Mountain Rentals staff - both David and Tom were phenomenal and truly went above and beyond to make our stay great. The condo was exactly as advertised, so it was nice that there were no surprises. The view from the balcony was a huge plus, and the location (ski in/ski out) was so convenient. There were two hot tubs (inside and outside) and a sauna. Really impressed overall, and highly recommend the entire Summit Mountain Rentals company - they are trustworthy, kind and knowledgeable.

I cannot fault the reservation process, or the staff and personnel I dealt with at Summit Rentals. They are very professional. I have stayed in Trails End many times, through another rental company. I chose Summit Rentals on price and knowing the property. The unit we chose, 409, was not up to the usual standard we expect. The single sofa in the picture on the website was missing. The TV reception, via cable, was poor and the sound even worse. The whole ambience of this unit is 'tired, needs updating'. A booklet in the room says 'please bear in mind this is a home used by the owner.' This unit has not been lived in since it was built. There are no personal items, or, up to date cooking utensils, or reminders of Breckenridge, or anything I would call home. The furniture has been picked from a garage sale and doesn't match. As all units this size are charged at the same price, it was pot luck we got this one. Very disappointed.

We stayed at Trails End for five nights in late December 2015. It is a fine apartment. Parking is no problem. The location is fantastic; it is a less then five minute walk to the Quicksilver lift, Village Ski School and the West end of downtown. Everything worked and it was clean. Good place to stay.

We really enjoyed our time at TE409. We have stayed in condos like this in most every ski resort in CO. Given the price and location, this was one of the better values we've found. Great location, short walk to the lift in the morning, and can ski back to within 50' of the back door. Short walk (2-3 blocks) to Main Street. Not fancy by any means, but clean and comfortable, especially for the price. The private balcony was a bonus and had a nice view of the mountains. If we ever make it back to Breck, this place will be top on our list!

It was an excursion for a family of 3. This apartment was just right, close to the center of the township of Breckenridge (Main Street was a very short walk), and 100 yards from the Quicksilver lift. The apartment at 409 Trails End was warm, comfortable, and a quiet end unit that made for the perfect stay. The photo is accurate, and actually better than we had expected. The jacuzzi was modern and amazing. The view was serene. The best part was the way we were welcomed by SMR. Without their guidance and advice, we would have felt alone in our first visit to "Brek". Please go dine at Heartstone and enjoy any other fine recommendations you may be given by the very helpful guys at Check-in. SMR service was excellent too. I like the fact that we established trust with SMR so we can take their advice with confidence for future visits. Enjoy the "Brek"!

Trails End's location is great; a short walk to Main Street and to Lot F (for friends' parking), ski in/out, Blue bus stop across the street. Making meals in the condo is easy as far as cookware and utensils are concerned. Drawback is "the cupboards are bare"---no coffee nor tea, no spices. Going to the market becomes a have-to and a drag! (This may be true of all condos in Breck). Picture window allows lots of light in--I suggest switching furniture so the light is enjoyable rather than bothersome.

This is the second time for us to stay at Trails End. I specifically looked for it this trip as we loved it the last time. They are very nice, great location, and feel just like home. I will definately stay there again. Thank you for a great vacation stay.

YOU DID A GREAT JOB. THERE WAS NO CD PLAYER OR TV CHANNEL LIST IN THE UNIT AND YOU IMMEDIATELY CORRECTED THAT. FOR YOUR INFO THE SCREENS ARE BADLY RIPPED AND 75 WATT BULBS DO NOT GIVE ENOUGH LIGHT TO READ, IN MY OPINION.
