The complex also features two on-site outdoor hot tubs, a gas fire pit and free covered parking, as well as seasonal access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tub. You and your family and friends will love it!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect getaway for families or groups of up to seven. Walking into the living area, you’ll be impressed by the beautiful gas fireplace surrounded by stone and the private balcony with mountain views. There’s also plenty of seating and a flat-screen TV for entertainment after a long day on the mountain. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, room for six at the dining table, and room for three more at the breakfast bar.

You’ll love being just across the street from the free shuttle to take you to the slopes and around town in both the summer and winter! Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer/dryer, and parking for one vehicle. This is our 4th time in Breck, and we had a great experience in this place. First of all, location is just fantastic, walking distance from Main street and the snowflake lift. The condo is clean and has it all. It is very comfortable and the fireplace gets the apartment warm very fast. We a re a group of 5 and all i can say is that the place fulfill all our expectations. We had an issue with the hot water of the apartment that was managed very fast. Would we come back ? Absolutely

The condo was centrally located for everything in Breckenridge. The condo is a short walk to main street for shopping and dinner. You can either take the buses to the lifts or it's a short walk to the Quick Silver chair. The condo had everything we needed except for a spatula.

We loved how roomy this unit was. There's a full size kitchen & breakfast bar, plus a separate dining area. We has plenty of room to spread-out. The in-unit washer and dryer were so convenient. The kitchen could have used a couple more cooking implements (like a spatula), but otherwise was very well stocked. The location was perfect to walk around town and to the slopes - so close to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

The location of this unit can’t be beat. Just a few steps to the free shuttle and return on 4 o’clock run in the afternoon then walk into town for some aprs-ski. The unit itself is good enough. Clean and with plenty of room. The kitchen is not well stocked so be sure to run by the store for basics. But the counters have been updated and there is a nice dining area. The beds are reasonably comfortable but overall the unit was very warm so nobody slept well. Maybe a sign that it is well insulated for cold winter days but it was uncomfortable during the spring heatwave. Would stay again.

The condo is centrally located and was as described. The kitchen has all your basic needs. There are some card games in the condo. The beds are comfortable. The condo seems dated as do the furnishings. It is not that any thing is bad but you can tell it has been well used. Things seem worn out. It was clean and ready for us. The check-in and check out process was easy.

My family and I had a great experience in Breck. The condo is at a very convenient location right across from Breck Free Ride Bus, and walking distance to The Village and Main St. The only one Con would be that the property has no lobby to check in luggage. Therefore, you really have to time your arrival and departure very carefully. One more thing was one of the shower curtains had some weird brown stains on it.

The common space of the home was great. Cute, comfortable and conducive to hanging out. The kitchen was also well stocked and totally sufficient for out trip. The balcony was pretty spacious and we loved the fireplace. The issues we had were with the bedrooms and bathrooms. 3 of the 4 beds are supposed to be twin beds, which was fine. We were a bunch of single girls so happy to have our own beds. I don't know what size mattresses these actually were, maybe staging furniture? It felt barely bigger than a toddler bed. They were so short we could not lie straight on them without a good foot of our body hanging off the end. We range in height from 5'3-5'8 so we are not giants? My son has a standard (Not XL) twin size bed at home that I fit perfectly on. This forced us to be on our sides at all times. Also the mattresses were so bouncy and squeaky and loud if you moved at all so we all slept horribly. The queen bed was quite comfortable, but it was at least a foot longer than the other beds. The other issue was the electrical. Neither outlet in either bathroom worked. The outlet in the living room made a sparking sound in hallway when we tried to use it and wouldn't keep a connection, so blow drying had to be done in the kitchen. Overall, I couldn't recommend this condo based on the beds because 3 of 4 could barely sleep here.

The twin bed does look smaller next to the queen bed that has a much larger frame on it, but it is a true twin bed. I'm sorry that this effected your stay. Check-in was easy, and the condo had everything we needed to enjoy the family weekend. We had one meal in the condo, others out...mno issues whatsoever. Two full baths and laundry made it very easy on us. It's a short walk to town, and the shuttle to the slopes is even closer.

Great property location downtown-close to everything. Property was a little more rundown, dark and dirty compared to the picture. No A/C which is the norm, but needed on a hot summer day...didn't find the fans in the closet until the last night.

Wonderful exit from Four O Clock run and a 2 block walk back to the condo. Shuttle to the Gondola right across the street, couple of blocks to walk to main street. The accomodations were comfortable and clean.

The property was VERY convenient. We easily walked to Main Street, and our snow boarders walked from 4 o'clock run at the end of the day. As for the lift being walking distance, we dropped our boys at the lift. We thought trudging uphill through the snow and ice while carrying a snowboard a bit challenging for someone not used to that type of weather. Complaints would be that the dishes and pots in the cabinets were dirty (had to wash them before using) AND definitely not enough hot water. There were only 4 of us, and we never had hot water by the end of the second person's shower. Also, if you want a view of the mountains, E203 is not the place to stay. The view was not as important for us as the convenience.

Nice condo, even if a bit dated. Great location with ample parking and space for us and our two teenage boys. A bit difficult to get the heat right, but we just needed to closely follow the directions that were provided. This was our first trip to Breck and we hope to return and would rent this unit again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Layout is great for two couple as it's designed like two master bedroom/bathrooms. The only thing we were disappointed in was check out time. 10:00 is pretty early for a check out. 11:00 would but much more convenient and I think more in line with competitors.

The location was excellent. We skied in the four o'clock run for lunch. A two block walk from end of ski run to the condo. The free bus system was easy to use and convenient also. Busses came every 10 minutes. Walk is short to bus depots. Must use the bus to get to the lifts. We were able to easily walk to shops and restaurants. This was a plus since the down town area seemed like it may become difficult to drive around since traffic got heavy, there were many pedestrians to look out for, and roads snowy. We stayed during the holidays so it was probably a busy time. The unit was clean. The dishwasher was a little old and had to pre-rinse dishes to get them to come out clean. Kitchen was fairly well stocked for cooking needs. Could have used some storage containers for leftovers though. It did have a crock pot. One bathroom fan did not work, but didn't cause any problems. Nice to have the toilet and tub/shower area separate from the sink with its own door in both bathrooms. The bathrooms had remodeled sinks/vanity areas and a new shower in the second bathroom, but the main bath has original tub/shower. We had a party of 3 adults and 3 teens. Layout and space of unit worked well. We had plenty of room. The pull out sofa bed was okay for a child or teen, but would be uncomfortable for an adult and/or hard to fit two people on comfortably unless are smaller children. The unit was warm. We had to open the door wall when we were putting on gear to head out because even with the thermostat low, it got too warm. This unit was on the second floor. Some of us got short of breath when carrying gear up the stairs due mainly to the higher altitude of the area. There was one more floor above us, and we could hear the people above us walking around. The floors above us were quite squeaky. Fortunately the people above us were on a similar schedule and turned into bed at similar times as we did, so it did get quiet before it was too late at night.

Three of us went for a guys ski trip. We wanted something more spacious than to be cramped in a small hotel room. This property was great. Things that were important to us when choosing this location were: 1. We wanted to be able to walk back to the place from Main St after having had a few drinks. This was a perfect location for that. 2. We wanted an outdoor hot-tub that was only a short walk outside in the cold wearing only a bathing suit. There were two hot-tubs directly outside the unit. These two hot tubs are not mentioned anywhere on the profile page for some reason. The upper village pool and hot tub are mentioned but we never went there. The place was stocked with a ton of poker chips, playing cards, and other various games which was a nice touch. We also saved a ton of money by purchasing our lift tickets through Summit Mountain Rentals. We bought 3 day tickets. Went to Breck, Vail, and Keystone. We liked Vail the best by far, Keystone second, and Breck third.

We didn't have too many issues with our summit rental. Some of the beds and furniture were a bit outdated. A lack of frying pans was a bit of a nuisance. The location to Peak 8 was awesome, a very short walk to the bus stop which offered about a 30 second bus ride to the snowflake lift. Ski out access less than a block from our condo. Overall, the condo had everything we needed.

Place says stay is for 7 but more likely 6 people is most comfortable. Great location really close to downtown Breckenridge especially Downstairs at Erics which is our favorite place to go to eat in Breck. For the price, definitely a good deal.

As good as ski in-ski out for much less money! The bus to the lifts goes from right across the road and the 4 o'clock run finishes less than a block away. Less than 5 mins walk to Main st even in heavy snow! There was plenty of parking and the apartment was great. Loads of room for our group of four. We rented 2012 Demo skis from the shop beneath the office for $25/day which is the best price I have seen in Colorado. Overall, great location, great price!

We enjoyed our third stay at Summit Mountain Rental's condo in Park Place, Breckenridge. Clean and comfortable and very accessible to the town center and Four O'Clock run at the end of the skiing day
