3 BR, 3 BA DUPLEX – DOG FRIENDLY – WALK TO SHUTTLE – MOUNTAIN VIEWS – SLEEPS 10!

This is old-school Breck: rustic, yet very comfortable. It’s a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom duplex in the quiet Warriors Mark neighborhood with room for up to 10 guests — and you can bring the family pup, too! Featuring unobstructed mountain views from the living room and back patio you're sure to make some unforgettable memories at Summit View Chalet. There’s also free bus shuttle stop about a 3-4 minute walk away to take you to downtown Breckenridge, the Peak 9 base area, and the BreckConnect Gondola.

The living area has floor-to-ceiling windows to let in plenty of natural light, as well as leather couches and a rock gas fireplace. Next to that, there’s a den/TV room with a flat-screen TV and board games to keep the kids entertained. Just outside, there’s a deck with outdoor seating and a gas grill. The full kitchen has all the appliances and cookware you’ll need when you’re not taking advantage of Breck’s great dining options. The dining table seats 10.

Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, three outdoor parking spaces, and complimentary Wi-Fi. And all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. MAIN LEVEL:

  • Bedroom 1: queen bed. (sleeps 2)
  • Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds. (sleeps 2)
  • Bathroom: tub/shower.

LOWER LEVEL:

  • Bedroom 3: queen bed, private bathroom with tub/shower, flat-screen TV, desk/work area. (sleeps 2)

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:

  • No smoking. 
  • Dog friendly, 1 dog max – $50 per night pet fee.
  • A $500 damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  • Parking: 3 outdoor spaces total.
  • No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.

A Slightly Funky, Nice and Cozy, Excellent Stay

We were in town to visit our daughter and enjoy a family gathering with 6 to 8 people coming and going depending on daily activities. We were traveling on a budget, with a dog and wanted to be near our daughter who lives in Breck - all of which combined to limited our options. If bang for the buck is more important to you than granite counter tops and if you can look past the modest exterior and minor maintenance issues (I must say I can be very picky but I’m a pragmatic man of modest means) this place is worth checking out. The management company was top notch - courteous, responsive and very helpful every step of the way. We loved the easy access to downtown and the neighborhood was great for dogs, although they don’t have a fenced yard. All and all, we very much enjoyed the place and would stay there again.

First, location is fine, but the immediate "neighbors" are quite sketchy. For the rental itself, the pics are deceiving. The unit was not clean, Lots of Red hair stuck on the shower wall, missing light fixtures, (exposed wiring) dust everywhere, and smelled of urine. In fact, we left a night early because we couldn't do another night here. Company was good and sending you info, but never replied to any questions I sent them via text as instructed. Very much what we are seeing more and more with VRBO, these large property management companies automating things, but not really managing them to any sort of standard.

Very clean cabin, good for bigger groups.

This cabin was very clean. My family came last minute and we booked this cabin. We knew that the cabin did not have air condition but thought the weather being in the 50's at night would make it okay. the cabin did not cool off until early morning. The home is older and has some quirks about it. I would not recommend this for younger children, the stairs are very steep and my kids were scared of the downstairs. They have never been in a basement before. I may have been as well. The property was very clean. it is a duplex, which I did not realize when booking. not a big deal but we could hear what I assume was remodeling going on next door with hammering and power tools. The house could use some updating in beds and tvs. This is a great cabin for bigger groups of adults and older children.

The view was spectacular. I felt like I was in a ski chalet. The kitchen was well stocked and the place was clean. I loved the fact that it had a separate room for the TV. It allowed for people to find their own space yet be a part of the action on the first floor. The management company was very attentive and checked in a number of times during the week to make sure everything was good. I felt like that they really cared about our experience.
