Here’s a nice condo away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Breck, but still just a quick drive to town and all of Summit County’s ski areas. Nestled in a quiet valley on the Swan River about two miles north of Breck, you’ll enjoy the shared outdoor hot tubs, as well as walking paths and fishing on the Swan River. It’s a great choice if you’re looking to stay in Breck for 30 days or longer!

This warm and inviting two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is perfect for groups up to six. The living area has large windows for lots of light, and there’s plenty of seating to in front of the flat-screen TV and gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. The dining table seats four, and there’s room for three at the counter.

Just off the living area, there’s a deck with a gas grill and patio furniture for taking in the mountain views. You’ll also love the attached one-car garage (a real plus on snowy days); there’s also outdoor parking for another vehicle. Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer and complementary Wi-Fi. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Condo was clean, well maintained, and interior was updated and modern. Location is convenient to Breckenridge and Keystone ski resorts and in a safe well maintained neighborhood. The property management was easy to communicate with and had no issues with the arrangements.
