Nicely decorated 2 bedroom condo. Terrific location on the blue river. Enjoyed morning coffee on the patio, watching wildlife, including the mama moose and baby. The only negatives were the noisy people above. May have been kids running back forth. Also the couch was pretty soiled with dog hair.

The property we stayed in was in a perfect location directly across from the rushing river. Just the sound of the moving water was quite relaxing. It was a beautiful condo with just about everything you might need for a perfect stay. It was well appointed and clean and neat when we arrived. I would recommend this property to anyone headed to Silverthorne. Customer service was excellent. Any question I may have had was answered promptly.

This was our 2nd stay at this condo. I brought my sister Thanksgiving weekend and had so much fun we had to come back for a longer stay. For our 2nd trip there were four of us and we were all comfortable and had plenty of room. My sister used the slow cooker to prepare our meals while we were skiing so when we returned we had a hot meal waiting. The kitchen appliances are all new and top of the line. I’ve never seen a refrigerator that dispenses hot water! We had everything we needed to cook with. My favorite part is the shower in the primary bathroom that doubles as a steam room.
The location was great! We skied Loveland, Keystone, and Vail. I also brought my Son and granddaughter with me . We made some magnificent memories. I couldn’t be any happier with our condo. I hope to be back soon. I would like to mention that parking is tight. It’s a covered garage which is nice.

Beautiful and spacious for our family of five with almost every amenity we needed. Great location to all the popular ski resorts in Summit County and Frisco. This stunning and well-appointed condo features a beautiful patio area that sits on the Blue River in Silverthorne. We sat out all morning, reading and drinking coffee and tea... enjoying the sounds of the water flowing over the rocks and boulders in the river. So relaxing. In the afternoon, it was much of the same. The beauty of the patio is that you're in the sun when it's chilly in the morning, but you're in the shade once things heat up in the afternoon. Kitchen is stacked with premium appliances and there is a slow cooker in the large pantry. I used the mini bar to mix cocktails every evening, and my wife kept her wine in the wine fridge there. Beds felt great and it was very quiet throughout our stay. The shower in the master doubles as a steam room, which was fantastic to have in such a dry climate. Easy access to everything Summit County has to offer as well. The fireplace was so nice to have at night! Our one suggestion would be to add some dimmers to the light switches in every room... or at least find some LED bulbs that are warm white. We just used minimal lights. The bedroom is pitch black at night so maybe a nightlight in the bathroom would help too. All around this was a perfect stay!

Great 2 bedroom condo - perfect for relaxation after a day enjoying the outdoors! The decor was tastefully done and the kitchen was fully stocked with to be able to cook meals. Master bedroom was lovely with an en suite bathroom (steamer in the shower). The second room was also very well thought out - it has a bunk bed set up uniquely - I believe it's a queen on the bottom, and the top is standard twin but that is perpendicular to the queen. So if adults were using the room, it really doesn't "feel" like you are under a bunk bed.

Check in time was 4 PM but we recieved a text at 1 PM saying the condo was ready and that we could check in, this was nice as we just arrived in the area and would have had to wait 3 hours before we could check in. The overall unit is very nice, new. Terrific location along the picturesque river right in the back. The unit itself could be better equipped with basics in the kitchen. Also, the first level unit you get noise from upstairs since it is hardwood flooring above and the walls are "thin" (could hear neighbors talking loud). The service is great, the instructions for access, entry, etc is very simple and clear. The WiFi works great too.
