Boulevard Bend Condo is a deluxe condo that’s perfect for up to four guests. It’s designed for discriminating tastes but still maintains a cozy “mountain feel.” The living area features comfy furniture and a flat-screen TV — it’s the perfect place to kick back after your high-country adventures. The kitchen is equally nice, with granite counters, custom cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances (including a gas range). The dining table seats three.

Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, a covered parking space, and complementary Wi-Fi. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Condo was nice and clean but on the 2nd day the property manager came by because the neighbors smelled gas and I lost my sense of smell a few years ago and didn't notice other than I had a headache, assume it was from the gas. I would check recomend except the gas issue

We had a 8 day vacation in Frisco and this condo was just right for my husband and me. We could easily walk or ride our bikes to Main Street where we thoroughly enjoyed the restaurants and shops! The bike paths, mountain hikes, and the beach were close by as well. The condo provided everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Our only non-5 rating would be because the bed wasn’t as comfortable for us as we would have liked. However, we are in the over 60 age bracket and after 3-4 hr hikes and bike rides each day, our aches were letting us know the bed wasn’t what we were used to�� Overall, the condo was just right for us and the great communication/customer service was very much appreciated! The condo was clean and comfortable. Easy walk to town for shopping and restaurants. Quiet and relaxing. We appreciated the emails checking with us for satisfaction and any problems. Fortunately, we had no issues but felt they’d be attentive to any needs we might encounter. Will definitely consider for future trips to CO. Thank you.

The unit is cosy, clean and kitted out with everything you need. However, if I was to visit Frisco again, I would stay closer to the Frisco transportation center as we did not have a car and relied on the bus to go to the grocery store.

This condo was in a good area, easy walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and museum. The marina was in walking distance as well, but across a busier street. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and very clean. We were at the end of our 10 day trip, so the washer and dryer were a great amenity in renting this condo. We highly recommend the 5th Ave. Grill, The Ein Prosit, and the Butterhorn Bakery and Cafe.

The location of this rental is fantastic. Two blocks off Main Street. Easy access to multiple restaurants and shops. Quick drives to Copper, A-Basin, Breck and Keystone. Covered parking. Safeway and Whole Foods in town. Mattress is memory foam, so it depends on if you like/dislike that style.
