3 BR, 2 BA CONDO – SKI IN – CLOSE TO TOWN – SLEEPS 9!

Looking to stay at one of the best locations in Breck? Double Eagle Aprés Ski Condo is close to the slopes and close to town. You’re just a short (half a block) walk from the Snowflake lift, and at the end of the day, you can ski 4 O’Clock Run back to the property. You’ll also enjoy the outdoor hot tub on the property, as well as seasonal access to the Upper Village Pool. Your group will love it, and you’ll being central to everything!

This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect retreat for a large family or group of up to nine people. It boasts a large, open living room with a beautiful gas fireplace and a huge flat-screen Smart TV above it. Or, step out onto the balcony and breathe in the fresh mountain air. The completely remodeled and fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and custom alder cabinets. There’s space for 5 people at the dining table and another 3 at the breakfast bar.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, central laundry facilities, and parking for two vehicles. And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, this home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:

  • No Pets / No Smoking.
  • A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  • Pool Access Dec-April, July-Sept.
  • Parking: 2 outdoor spaces total.

We stayed at the double eagle thundermoose for a snowboard trip w 6 people. The location is perfect, the hot tub rt on 4 o clock run was pretty cool after a day on the hill as well. Its about a half block to the lift or a few blocks to the gondola. It wasn’t the cheapest but we wanted a certain number of beds and convenience, and this place had it. I’d stay there again!

Our family recently took a ski vacation to Breckenridge. I located this rental and it was perfect. Location was excellent! We were on the 4 o clock run near town and were able to come and go as needed. Also a block or so away was Blue Sky ski rental and Snowflake lift. Walking distance to town as well. The rental had all the amenities needed and met our needs. Would recommend this place. It is on the second level so that needs to be kept in mind if one has issues climbing stairs.

We loved our spending our Christmas in Breck and loved the condo! Plenty of space, well appointed, and convenient to the snowflake lift. Only downside was that the hot water heater couldn't handle all 5 of us taking showers. We had to space it out about an hr or more in between each shower. The management company did send a tech over Christmas Morning to take a look at it and he fixed it right away. But did mention to space showers out due to the ECO setting on the unit. Also, I missed not having a washer and dryer in the unit, but this condo was conveniently located directly across from the laundry room, so that was helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

Walk to town. Condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Had a little difficulty with locking the door, exiting not an easy keypad to use. Other than that everything was fantastic

We enjoyed the ski-in and ski-out location of the property. We are a family of 6. The Snowflake Lift is a half of a block walk, and the 4 O'Clock run is really fun at the end of the day. We skied/snowboarded 2 days at Breck, went snowshoeing on day 3, and then tried Vail on check-out day.

We rented A21 for a spring break ski trip and it made the trip perfect. It was clean and fit our 6 easily without using the sofa bed. The location is perfect. You are two blocks from the Snowflake lift that never has a long wait and at the end of the day you ski the 4 O'clock trail right to the parking lot. We never had to use the crowded base lifts It's also 4 blocks from the middle of Main Street for shopping and lunch/dinner. Great rental especially during crowded weeks.

Great location to ski in from the 4-O'clock run. 5 minute walk uphill to the Snow Flake Lift in the morning. Lots of space in the condo, other than the kitchen. Great hanging area for coats, helmets, etc. Would have preferred if the management company had a key pad or lock box, instead of having a key pick up and drop off.

Good location. Ski in. You have to walk about 100 steps up hill then about 100 steps over to a lift to ski out. Would be hard for some people. House needs some repairs. Shower knob broken. Drain cover in floor not attached. Dishwasher was full of dishes when we showed up. Comforter on1 of the beds was stained. Pretty gross. Obviously hasn’t been washed. They say it sleeps nine but there’s no way. I’d say 5 max. You also have to go to the office to pick up and drop off keys. They’re about 1/2 mile away. That’s not convenient. Most rentals have a lockbox on the door which is much better.

Great ski-in ski-out property + an early December storm bringing 16"+ of powder = fantastic weekend. Cozy and comfortable, I would definitely stay at Double Eagle again. Very helpful property management with flexible communication.

Place was great and as described. The only complaint I had was that there was no sugar for our coffee in the morning, the pans that we used to cook breakfast were dirty and we did not have sponges to wash any pots/pans. Would have given 5 stars for overall satisfaction but the cooking food on dirty cookware is kind of gross.

I all around was impressed with this property. The location couldn't have been better since we were walking distance from Main Street and two blocks from the lifts. The master bedroom could use a new mattress and a upgraded pull out but those would be my only complaints.

We arrived late (8 PM) to an open office and friendly staff. The check in process was fast. The office staff took time to explain a packet of information, our location, fun things to do, etc. I would highly recommend working with Summit Mountain Rentals and staying at Double Eagle.
