You’re going to love this place! River Mountain Lodge Peaks Trail Condo offers the convenience and comforts of a condominium (with hotel amenities) in the heart of historic downtown Breckenridge. Just ski down, walk across the street and you’re home! Plus, you’re just one block from Main Street Breckenridge and a short shuttle ride to the gondola or the Peak 9 base. Your family and friends will love it too!

River Mountain Lodge Peaks Trail Condo is a comfortable two-level deluxe condo with excellent proximity to everything you are looking for in a Breckenridge ski vacation. All the comforts of home are here, including a full kitchen, two full bathrooms, an LCD TV, and a gas fireplace to lounge by after skiing. The dining table seats four, and there’s room for three at the counter for a quick breakfast or après-ski snack.

You’ll also enjoy the in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, underground parking (one car) with elevator access, a fitness center, an outdoor heated pool, and hot tubs. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels, and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

  • A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.

The dirty and spotted carpet was 2nd only to the living room furniture. The arm chair hasn’t been cleaned in 20 years. The arms were stained with dirt, grime, grease and sweat. I’m not sure of what else, but couldn’t sit on that chair without covering with towels!!!

This was a great condo with great proximity to all you need for a perfect ski vacation. I would recommend the trash removal process be included with the service fee. The trash cans were hard to find and for the service fee being charged, this should be included. Otherwise would 10/10 recommend.

A perfect mountain condo for a ski weekend. It was a smaller condo, so a tighter fit with 4 adults and luggage. Can't beat the location next to main street and the 4 o'clock run, though.

The property was clean, spacious and centrally located. The only problem we had was there were no mesh screens in the deck doors. Because of no air conditioning, it was a little hot and we were unable to leave the doors open as bugs would get in.

We travel to Breck several times per year. Since there was only 2 of us, we decided to stay in town and stay more on the eco side. River Mtn offered both. Great location with easy walk to town and affordable. Our lodge was considered 'moderate' which means aged, older styling and furnishings, and it was. Difficult to wake in morn and drink coffee on the balcony, due to being on the inside of the complex where you see a number of other rooms and guest looking back at you...but again moderate. Good trip. If looking for a budget condo, where spending more time out, highly recommended. Overall trip a success!

We love to stay at this facility: walk to town activities, pick up the bike/rec path right out the back door, neat/clean unit,. We attended concerts at the Riverwalk Center about 1 block away. One minor maintenance problem, door deadbolt didn't work. Will be back again.

We arrived after the office was closed but the check-in instructions were very clear. There were NO amenities in the kitchen except coffee and filters- salt and pepper would have been appreciated. Lots of other VRBOs have a few basics to make the first day easier

We stayed in unit 318 and were thrilled to see that it had two levels with a sweet bedroom and bathroom upstairs and a queen aleeer sofa plus bathroom and full kitchen on the main level. Although the upstairs bedroom got pretty hot because there is no air conditioning, my son and his girlfriend found a fan in the closet and that helped. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. One block away from Main which was fantastic.

Condo itself was clean and well-kept. All the basics were as they should be. Bed was comfortable. Elevator in other building in the same complex where friends were staying was broken. Been that way for weeks.

The condo was clean and cozy with plenty of space. It was nice that the bedroom was upstairs (it felt very homey) and having 2 bathrooms was an added benefit. The property management company was extremely professional and we would DEFINITELY stay here again! Thanks for a great weekend!

River Mountain Lodge was perfect in every possible way. Upon arrival, we went to the bar for $2 tap beers during their 3-10 happy hour! The front desk staff couldn't be more helpful. The unit was great for four of us, comfortable and in good condition. The location was awesome as it was literally across the street from the 4 o'clock run and 1/2 block to main street. We had the time of our lives in Breck!

We had a great experience with both Summit Mountain Rental and River Mountain Lodge. Check-in was easy and the unit was clean, well appointed and well maintained. We left before the office opened but they have a night pick-up/drop-off box that makes arriving or departing after hours easy. Every person who worked the front desk at River Mountain Lodge was friendly and helpful. And you cannot beat the location - easy access to the mountain, ski-in and right off main street so easy walking to all the restaurants and shops.

The location of this rental is perfect! You can take free shuttles or walk to everything. This rental is located between Main street and Highway 9 but it is quiet and comfortable. The condo has a few maintenance items that could be repaired but nothing serious. Be warned that there is no smoking allowed on the property, inside or out!

We were a little disappointed with the outdoor pool it wasn't really up to swimming at this point. And the upstairs bedroom was really warm with no option for cooling it except for a small fan. Otherwise it was a good experience

Our stay the 1st week in April 2014 was awesome. The location was perfect as you can ski down the 4 Oclock run and you walk across the street to the condo. It is also a block from the shops and restaurants. The size of the room was exactly what we needed for the two of us but would have certainly accommodated 1-2 more people. Very glad that we chose this condo for our stay and would recommended it to other and will certainly consider staying here on our next trip.

The rental property was very clean and comfortable. It's location was conveniently close to everything. The only negative was with the windows open at night during the summer we had to deal with early morning traffic noises. Overall it was a great stay and I can't wait to go back!

Overall good experience. The office staff was pleasant and efficient. Condo nicely done with fresh paint and nice furniture. Kitchen appliances are bit dated, but fully functional. The owner needs to replace the mattress in the master was not good; soft and "spungy", with a significant depressions and tilt toward either side. We actually slept on the pull-out couch the first night. Keep in units have AC. July temperatures made it a bit warm in the loft bedroom area. The unit had a small portable fan in the closet which greatly helped.

Great location. Shows some wear and tear, but new carpet, granite countertops, and all the amenities. You can omit this: Front door threshold needs replacing/reworked, bathtubs need to be resurfaced and kitchen needs pot holders.

The unit was a little smaller than it appeared in the photos on your site. The living/dining & kitchen areas were a bit tight, especially no walking room when the hide-a-bed was opened. It was a good value, though, for me and 2 children. I would not recommend it for 2 couples! The outdoor hot tubs and pool were also nice, thought one of the hot tubs needed jet maintenance. This particular unit was a bit far from the elevators, though. Garage parking was a plus. Location with shuttle stop across the street was great!

The condo is awesome..1/2 block to town and gondola..quaint little town..restaurants and shops diverse and plentiful...just a great time!!!

River Mountain Lodge is directly across the street from the Four-O Clock run so you can ski back for lunch and at the end of your ski day. A shuttle bus runs every few minutes to take you to several lift options to start your day. Your skis are stored for you by helpful staff in the lobby area. There is ground level, inside parking for your vehicle. You are one block from Main Street and all the shops and restaurants. The condo kitchen is well stocked for cooking in. There is a washer and dryer so you can do all your laundry before returning home. The one bedroom is upstairs away from the main living area. There is a full bath on each level and a TV on each level. It is an end unit on the third floor and very quiet. There is a workout room with a hot tub, but there is also a hot tub located outside that seems to be popular. I have stayed in the unit multiple times and will continue to return. It is a clean,comfortable place for a great price in an excellent location.
