A1: Yes! Summit Mountain Rentals manages properties in Silverthorne, Dillon, Keystone, Breckenridge, Frisco & Blue River.
Q2: How long does it take to get from Denver to Breckenridge?
A2: It normally takes about an hour and a half to two hours depending on where you are in the city of Denver. However, on the weekends traffic can get heavy on i70 which can cause a variety of delays. Sign up for email and/or text notifications at COtrip.org for travel alerts and road conditions.
Q3: When can I check in?
A3: Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. You may request either an early check-in or a late-departure, however we can not guarantee that we will be able to fulfill your request. Q4: Where is your office located?
A4: Summit Mountain Rentals has two offices, one in Breckenridge (111 Ski Hill Road) and Frsico (101 E Main St). Please click here for further directions to our office's.
Q5: Myself and everyone in my group is under the age of 25, may I rent through you?
A5: Summit Mountain Rentals does not accept bookings from guests under the age of 25. A 25+ guest must be present at the time of check-in. Click here for more information on our Vacation Rental Policy.
Q6: Can I smoke in the unit?
A6: No, there is no smoking of any kind in any of the Summit Mountain Rentals units. Click here for more information on our Vacation Rental Policy.
Q7: Am I required to have a car during my stay? If so, does it have to be 4-wheel drive?
A7: Depending on what unit of ours that you are staying in, you may need a car AND 4-wheel drive. Please double check in the description of the unit and feel free to call and ask one of our reservationist if you are unsure.
