You’ll also have access to the hot tubs, pool, and workout facilities in the Village — and Breck’s Main Street is only steps away. Your group will love the location!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is a perfect year-round retreat for families or groups of up to 6 – and since both bedrooms are suites with private bathrooms, it’s also perfect for two couples to share. The living area has a large flat-screen TV, comfortable furnishings and a wood fireplace; it’s the perfect place to relax with your group after a long day of skiing, mountain biking, or exploring historic Main Street Breckenridge. The kitchen features granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, as well as all the gear you’ll need to whip up everything from après-ski snacks to full mountain meals. The dining area is just off the kitchen and has room for six at the dining room table, as well as three seats at the counter.

This condo offers easy access to skiing and downtown Breckenridge, and you’ll love the hotel amenities like a shared hot tub, underground parking, and gym facilities. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

SLEEPS 6:

MAIN LEVEL:

  • Master suite: King bed, private bathroom with walk-in tile shower and 2 sinks, flat-screen TV. (sleeps 2)
  • Suite 2: queen bed, queen-over-queen bunk bed, private bathroom with tub/shower, flat-screen TV. (sleeps 4)
  • Bathroom: 1/2 guest bath.

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES - PLEASE READ:

  • No Pets/Smoking.
  • A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  • Parking: 1 garage space total. Parking at the Village at Breckenridge is limited and not guaranteed for all guests. This ski in ski out property is walking distance to the slopes and to town and is a great choice if you want to be green and leave your car at home. If you do not require parking during your stay, SMR will refund you $30 per night if you let us know one week before your arrival.
  • No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.
  • PLEASE NOTE: This is a third-floor condo with elevator access.

Had a great long weekend stay at Village Chateau Falcon SuperChair Condo. Location was perfect. Central located to main street with all the bars/restaurants. Could almost ski to our front door and the hot tub/pool was just across an alleyway from the Condo.

Great experience with this rental. Pros: Plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen has roughly everything we needed to make done meals in the condo. Very good location to peak 9 base, and village shops / restaurants. Underground parking. Pool and hot tubs were right next door and easy to access. Cons: the heat was wonky, by that I mean it was always hot. We turned all the units to off and we’re still extremely warm. Most mornings and nights we had windows or the porch door cracked to let cooler air in. Some of the electrical outlets didn’t work very well (but there were many to choose from), the pillows were the right size for the bed but they were about as cheap as could be. No way to recycle, everything just goes straight to a trash chute. None of the cons were insurmountable, we would likely stay here again.
