Sollotude Station is a cozy 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home that’s a perfect year-round retreat for families and groups of up to eight! The kitchen, bathrooms and floors have all been updated, making this a truly nice home to enjoy your stay in the mountains. The main living area feature vaulted ceilings, great natural light, a floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace, a flat-screen Smart TV, and plenty of comfortable seating – it’s the perfect place for everyone to relax after a long day on the slopes or trails. There’s a second living area downstairs; it’s a great place for the kids to watch their favorite shows on a second large flat-screen Smart TV.
The nicely updated kitchen has beautiful marble counters, new cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances, and all the gear you’ll need to keep the entire gang happy and fed when you’re not exploring Frisco’s nearby dining options. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for two more at the counter eight. There’s a porch just off the dining area where you might catch a glimpse of the local fox that frequents the backyard.Â

We had such a fun time being in this home! It was so close to downtown Frisco and the ski resorts! Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean as well as the general layout. The garage worked out so well for our skis and car! They shoveled off our doorstep and steps each morning!! Overall, we had such a great time!

The house was great! Location was fabulous, right off Main Street Frisco, the property management team checked in several times during the booking process and also while we were there to confirm all was well. The house had All we needed to cook and have a great time. Checkout was smooth and easy! I think the only drawback was that for a mountain house, the garage was unfortunately not tall enough for us to put our car with the rack on it in the garage, and the garage is a bit tight for two SUVs to fit comfortably . We have a basic Thule enclosed box on our RAV4. Our other couple just had a low profile rack and it fit with plenty of room to spare. Not enough of a downfall to deter us from staying again though!

Perfect location. So convenient to walk to main street in Frisco and also access the bike paths nearby. The basement bathroom could be updated and there was some mold/mildew in the master bathroom. Easy things to address. Overall, the condo was just right for our family and dog. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great house to stay in. It's very spacious and had everything we needed for a long weekend getaway with extended family. Having the dogs with us was an added bonus. It's a quiet neighborhood but the town is only a couple of blocks away. We loved the location-- the marina, trails, and the park are all nearby. We'd definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the location of this home in a lovely neighborhood so close to the bike trail and walking distance from all things Frisco. The home is a bit dated but comfortable and provided a great end-of-summer retreat for my family. The downstairs shower was not useable for my grandchild since the shower knob was loose and the HOT water could not be adjusted which was a safety issue. The property was clean and inviting for our arrival. We will plan to stay again!

Excellent Location and house for our trip for Skiing with our Pups. The Maintenance Staff needs to remove the snow from the stairs and at least sweep the garage before arrival. Loved the stay!

We had a great time. The house is in a great location and is laid out very well. Nice furnishings and a great kitchen. The beds were okay; some of us have really bad backs so we are rather hard to please, but it was worth it. The house is a bit drafty, especially the bedroom over the garage, so a few space heaters would have been very helpful!! Excellent customer service through Summit Rentals. We would love to book this house again!

For our vacation this home was a great home. Having snow fall down our front porch and having the kids play outside for hours made our trip Even better. Everything was clean, and the kitchen appliance were perfect. We had to Buy extra paper towels and toilet paper but we found out the last day they provide with some. But everything was just so great. We are already planning on staying again next year.

We enjoyed this home and the location to the town, restaurants and ski slopes. I would recommend a couple things for the kitchen: a pair of kitchen scissors or regular scissors, a lid for the blender and a replacement of the skillets which were very beat up and caused food to stick badly. ALso the maids should clean under the furniture--very dusty. otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

Overall a very clean space, spacious, on a quiet cul-de-sac very close and walkable to downtown Frisco. Attention by a plumber is needed though as one shower faucet in the lower level didn’t completely turn off and dripped a lot and another in the middle level had the handle next to the tub so water temperature could not be adjusted... luckily it was the perfect temp.

This is a perfect fit for our family with five teenagers. Each level gave everyone their own space and the boys all fit nicely in the basement. The house and he had everything we needed, not like some rentals were it’s hit and miss. Great communication with the staff, a beautiful town to explore, we will definitely be back.

The location was great, just a block from downtown. The issues would be the carpets upstairs, they were really filthy, the small TV in the living room. I’would switch it with the basement as who wants to sit downstairs when you are there for the view. Kitchen well equipped.

Great trip. This house is easy to find, centrally located in Frisco, CO with easy access to town, I70, and three world class ski resorts. We went to Breckenridge and Keystone on this trip, because that's where are passes were for otherwise we would have hit Copper Mountain too. Plenty of room in this house, the kitchen is well stocked, the basement living room has a great setup and was the perfect place to stash the kids every night. We'll see you next year!
