This lovely 1-bedroom plus sleeping den, 2-bathroom condo is a perfect retreat for families or groups of up to six people. There’s plenty of seating and a large flat-screen TV in the living area. We were a group of 6 people. My husband and I and 4 teenagers. There was enough space for all of us. The whole apartment was very well equipped. In addition, we had 2 parking spaces: one inside the garage and one outside. We also had a locker inside the garage. The kids enjoyed the club house. There is a Walmart across the street, as well as a Safeway and Whole foods. We rented our ski equipment from a place next to Walmart. The overall location was fantastic. We were 10 minutes from Copper Mountain at a much more affordable price (than having stayed at CM).

We stayed here for a Ski trip and it was in a great central location to Keystone, Vail, and Breckenridge. The property has a full stocked kitchen with everything you could need. The blinds in the living room and patio door handle was broken but otherwise it was in good condition. We had an issue the night we arrived with the master bedroom outlets, lights, and WiFi not working and they had a maintenance come figure it out even though it was in the middle of the night. The bedroom with the bunk beds gets very hot at night in the winter and the unit doesn’t have A/C and that room doesn’t have windows so you have to sleep with door to the patio door open to cool it down. They do however provide fans that we put in that room as well. We also enjoyed using the humidifiers they have available. The hot tubs were a great after a long day!

It was overall very positive. The rental staff is very responsive and answered all my questions right away. There is an issue with the condo getting way too hot. Often we had the sliding doors to the porch open. It did not seem to matter what we set the thermostat at. Most often we had it set at 60, yet the temp. stayed at 75-80. The smaller room gets really hot. We did let management know, and I'm not sure what the solution is.

Very nice condo. Parking is very convenient. The community clubhouse with pool and hot tubs is a very nice amenity. Had the refrigerator go out while we were there, but the situation was promptly addressed by the rental agency who provided a small apartment refrigerator to alleviate the situation. Summit mountain rentals is always great to work with.

This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was great for skiing in copper and Breckenridge. We had 2 adults and 3 teens using the bunk bed room. It would get hot at night in the bunk room so we left the sliding door to the balcony open slightly the next night to cool that room. The bathrooms were updated and there was plenty of seating and space in the unit. The garage space for our vehicle was great because we had a ton of snow when we were there so it kept our car warm and dry. The unit was very clean and had games and movies for us to use. There are ski rental shops, Safeway, Walmart and restaurants all within a mile or two. Main Street Frisco is so cute and close too. Ollie’s, Pepperini’s pizza and hillside brewery were our favorites.

We stayed at the condo for a little over a week. Our family of four found the unit a tad small for us, but managed to make it work. The unit is generally well-stocked and convenient to Frisco, the Lake and ski areas. Items you need to be aware of we didnt catch in the description: Fireplace is only decorative. Second bedroom is very tight with four single beds (bunks) and very hot - no windows, so can only cool it off by opening patio door causing living room to get very cool in winter. Master is large. Baths are on the small side. Indoor parking is a big plus, but its tight for a larger, SUV vehicle. Couldnt find code to access ski locker. Building Elevator was great at end of day! Nice walking path very close by. No laundry in unit, coin op in build $1/machine, but no change available, so we ended up at Aquamarine commercial laundry around the corner, new and clean (but expensive). After hours pickup was super easy, as was checkout. Be forewarned if you want to pay via credit card, rental company will apply a fee that wasn't disclosed on the VRBO site. They did allow us to make full payment in advance at no fee, but this was very different than other VRBO situations we've had in past. Overall a solid, clean unit. Wouldn't return due to size only for us.

The location was central to our activities. The shared garage was very handy and made us feel our belongings were safe. The unit was very cute and had tons of space for 2 people and the price was perfect. The master bedroom bed is very tall, but comfy with 2 large windows and a door to the balcony with views of the mountains. Felt very private and it was like being in the trees as there were a couple of Aspen trees right outside. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay in Colorado, minus the pine pollen, which I didn't realize was a thing. I room was mostly comfortable and well stocked. Only compliant was the people above walked really hard on the floor/ceiling above us a lot. And there dog scratched at his cage when they were not there. Our room said no pets also, yet we had dog hair on our socks and we thought the carpets were a bit dirty. No vacuum for us to tidy with. Also, window view obscured by dirty windows. Think housekeeping may have rushed a bit to get us in. Otherwise was great location.

Nice location, a clean condo, a good garage for one car, and we enjoyed the fitness center/pool. But, only one of the two bathrooms was fully functional (one shower was down throughout our stay) and heating control was a significant problem for us with some rooms overly warm and others not so much. Cooling the condo is achieved by opening the windows - per the instructions given to us upon arrival! Our advice: make sure the plumbing and heating issues have been resolved before you sign up for this one.

Liked the location of the condo, close to Walmart, restaurants, ski rentals and downtown Frisco. Centrally located so you can either ski Keystone or Breckenridge. It also has an elevator from the garage. The living and eating area can accommodate 8 people. However, the unit was extremely hot and we could not lower the thermostat. I think it was remotely controlled. We had to open the door and window to cool it down. The master bedroom is very spacious with its own small bathroom. The second bedroom is what gets the 3-star rating (or lower). It is very small with 2 bunk beds and one dresser, the closet was locked by the owner. No window. It got unbearably hot with 2 kids and 2 adults. We finally moved 2 mattresses to the living room floor an 1 to the master bedroom so people could sleep. Slumber Party, anyone?? Then put them back in the morning. Painful!! The other issue was the shower in the hall bathroom. It had a sign "Do not Use" so I called the rental company to see what the problem was. It needed drain pipe parts which they could not get and fix during our stay. So we only had one shower. They suggested we could use the clubhouse shower, unfortunately, we had to drive to that. To their credit, the rental company did refund some of our rent. The Ski storage unit in the garage was locked so we had to leave our skis and boards in our vehicles. You can also leave them in the open garage area. The unit gets 2 parking spaces. One in the garage under the building the other outside. That is sufficient. No additional parking at the site or close to it. We, unfortunately, had 3 vehicles for a couple of nights. The town of Frisco has very limited 24 HR overnight parking. You have to move your vehicle every day so you don't get a parking ticket. That is a Frisco problem, not property's.

The townhome complex is well appointed and clean. It is not the free shuttle bus route and in the snow, it's a long "4 blocks" but we love the central location as we ski all 4 Vail resorts. The gym and hot tub are great and clean as well but not connected to the building and again, a snowy trek. For some reason the unit was hot, just couldn't get it to lower but they said they'd look into it. They Summit team was nice and responsive. I would stay again and it would be great in the summer if you ride bikes as it's right off the awesome trail. Just hope it wouldn't be too hot in the summer. (Slider faces the west).
