It offers an unbeatable location just two blocks from downtown and an easy walk to the base area of Peak 9 of Breckenridge Ski Resort. You’ll love the hot tub access and gas fireplace for warming up after a day on the slopes!
Inside the living area is spacious with comfortable furniture, a gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV. Right off the living area is the attached kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and everything you need to whip up a culinary masterpiece. A dining room table has room for seven and there’s room for four more at the counter. Just off the living area is the porch with gas grill and seating, perfect for barbequing!
Other amenities include a private washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the condo, and parking for one vehicle. As with all Summit Mountain Rentals properties, this home is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and includes all the bed linens and towels you need, as well as basic toiletries. The 2 bedroom/2 bath home was fantastic. The owners or property management company kept in contact frequently to ensure all of our questions were answered in a timely fashion. The living room area had a nice gas fireplace that we used to stay warm and cozy. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. Everything you can think of was provided. Large table for dining. A grill was provided. Each room had a tv and access to their respective bathrooms. The master bedroom had a comfy king size bed which was a plus. The second bedroom had a queen bed and bunk beds. Perfect for kids. The home was awesome and we would give it a 9 out of 10. 1 point off because the hot water would run out when someone would shower for 5 min. Other than that, it was an excellent stay! Would consider renting again next year! Easy walking distance to Main Street and Peak 9. The Free Ride shuttle bus was right near the condo. Very easy to take to other Peaks/locations. The only concern we had was that the HOA must do a better job with shoveling and de-icing the stairwell. It was slippery going down with both shoes and ski boots.

We were very pleased with this unit. Walking distance to the slopes on Peak 9 and also walking distance to Main Street. Per usual, Summit Mountain Rentals made everything go smooth. The unit was in great condition, clean and included all items that Summit Mountain Rentals had included in the rental agreement. We had four people staying here and had plenty of room. Kitchen comes pretty much fully stocked and was clean. If you're thinking of making the trip to Breck for the first time, jump on in! It's one of our favorite places and has the perfect combination of skiing and things to do in town.

The condo is spacious and cozy with great furnishings and every kitchen item imaginable. A short walk to downtown from a quiet neighborhood. Not much of a view but the tradeoff is the great indoor space. Loved the cordless phone chargers on both nightstands. The onsite manager Scott was very helpful and always available. Will definitely consider staying again.

Great place to stay. Good location. A 5-10 minute walk to the chairlift. Easy walk to town. A shuttle map would be helpful. The fireplace was not working and they came and fixed it quickly when we called. The hot tub was not clean but a call from the rental company to the HOA resulted in a clean hot tub that we were able to use. Thanks for the great service! Nice, clean unit. Decent size. Adequately stocked kitchen. We appreciated the amenities - shampoo, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc.

I thought the condo itself was perfect and well-equipped for our group. The process to get the keys and drop off the keys is very antiquated and a huge waste of time. Their should be a lockbox or keyless entry. Driving through Breck and parking is a pain!
