This spacious 5-bedroom + den, 5-bathroom deluxe home sleeps up to 12 people – and with all this room to spread out, it’s great for multiple families to share! Inside, the home has rustic décor and two living areas: one on the mail level with a wood fireplace large flat-screen TV and Blu-Ray player, and the second one on the lower level with a floor-to-ceiling river rock gas fireplace. There’s even a foosball table for family fun!
The kitchen has granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, as well as all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. The large dining table seats nine, and there’s room for six more at the counter. Just outside the dining area, there’s a large deck with a private hot tub, a gas grill, and a fire pit table.
There’s also a full laundry area and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

We had a great stay at Aspencliff. The house was huge with plenty of room for our group of 10 to spread out. Kitchen had everything we needed and the large round table was so fun to gather around. We enjoyed being in the woods but still a less than 10 minute drive to Breckenridge's main street.

The cabin was close to several hiking trails as well as great restaurants in Breckinridge. The full kitchen and massive dining room table made it fun to cook or grill and eat together. Everyone loved the hot tub or cooking s’mores on the fire pit. It was a great place to unwind after a day of hiking.

This was an great property that my family and I enjoyed. Location was 7 minutes from Main Street in Breck. I was impressed with the maintenance of the driveway when it snowed. We didn't have to worry about getting in or out. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone.

Our stay during Thanksgiving was delightful. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything needed to create a holiday feast. The round dining table was a great feature to enjoy every meal with most of the family around. The management company was always available if we had any needs (which we didn't). The location was great, a short drive from downtown. Very spacious with plenty of rooms, and entertainment areas. The only downside was a lot of stairs. The older members struggled. The "main" floor has a bedroom, but the bed is small, and it's the middle level. The front door is on the bottom level. The master bedroom is on the top level. This would have been nice to know. I would highly recommend this home to enjoy a wonderful vacation.

The cabin was great size and enough room for everyone in our group. Everything was clean. Most of the beds were comfortable. The cabin is older and needs repair on some of the doors. Door in the master room on top floor was stuck and did not close. There was an odor from the lower level when we first arrived, but we found it came from the washing machine being closed. We ran some bleach/hot water/sanitize cycle through it and opened the windows which seemed to fixed the issue.

With 10 guests this place was more than enough room! Very clean and overall great shape. The hot tub wasn't working when we arrived, but the technician was there first thing in the morning and got it fixed. Summit Rentals was available by call and text and were responsive, would definitely rent from them again! The whole group loved the place!

Overall a great experience. The house had plenty of room for our whole group. We had 3 different families on the trip and there was plenty of space for all of us. Also no shortage of bathrooms either. The main table in the dining room was great for our large group. Kitchen was more than large enough for meal prep etc. They had all the dishes and silverware and cookware needed for a large group.

This home was more than we expected! Loved the location, not too far from Breck-a HOME to return to after a day on the slopes. We were so lucky to have snow 3 days and that’s a treat for Louisianians! LOTS of room (we could have accommodated more) THREE stories and the stairs were a “kicker” but we survived. Amenities galore, we brought so much “stuff” and didn’t need to. Previous clients left “things”, as we did, to help the next visitors. The property was decorated for Christmas which was a plus (wish we had known, we stopped on the way and bought a tree) I appreciated Summit checking in on us after we arrived to make sure all was well. If you have the opportunity, visit ASPENCLIFF for a fabulous time in Breckenridge!

We were a group of 12 and there was still so much space left. The house was clean, spacious, and provided everything we needed. I had the master bedroom and sure I was out of breath by the time I reached the 3rd floor but just out the window I could see the peak of mountains and I could just lay on the bed and watch that scenery all day. It even started snowing for a bit that day. We were close to Breckendridge, close to the trails as well. We can't wait to go back.

This property stood out as one of the best places we have ever rented and we had a kind, thoughtful and communicative host. The property itself is incredibly well stocked, with every type of appliance, convenience and game we could want. We had an amazing stay in this beautiful home. Everything was perfect and the attention to detail made the stay extra special. We had 12 women comfortably in the home for a girls weekend. What a wonderful stay our family of 10 had at this beautiful home in Breckenridge! Very close to town and resort , a stones throw away from Frisco as well. Home was fully stocked, impeccably cleaned and cozily decorated. Kids enjoyed the cozy bunk room and all adults had own room with comfortable beds. Bathroom amenities are all provided and really nice. Kitchen is FULLY stocked - you won’t be searching long for anything! Hot tub and deck were super enjoyable after a long day on the slopes! Can’t wait to head back in the future!

The Aspencliffe house was perfect for our annual ski trip to Colorado. The house was just a short drive to Breckenridge proper and to the ski slopes. It had more than enough space for our large, multifamily, multi-generational group of 10 adults and 4 kids. The two living areas worked out splendidly! The younger members of our party hung out in one location while the others had fun and grand conversation in the other. The house provided wonderful sleeping accommodations for all and the five bathrooms gave each family their own space. The beds, pillows, and linens were excellent. The kitchen was well stocked and I loved the two large skillets that made making breakfast for 14 much easier than expected (bacon, sausage, pancakes and eggs). The hot tub water was fresh and clean and the hot tub was awesome after a day of skiing. Everyone in my partly loved the house and we hope to stay there again on our next visit to Breckenridge.

Our group had an amazing stay at this place. The home was incredibly spacious and had everything we could need. The location was very close to town and an easy drive to both Breckenridge and Copper mountain. They also have someone come plow the driveway in the mornings after it snowed which saved us a ton of time and effort! The host/property manager provided helpful guides and info of the area and was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting the area!
