Full access to the Mountainside Club House’s indoor swimming pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, racquetball court and outdoor tennis court. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condo is a fantastic choice for families and groups of up to eight. The living area features a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player and a balcony with a gas grill. There’s a full, nicely updated kitchen with all the gear you’ll need to keep the gang fed and happy, with seating for four at the dining table and four more at the counter.

You’ll enjoy an underground parking space (with extra parking outside) and complimentary Wi-Fi in the condo. You’ll also love the views of Frisco’s iconic Mount Royal! And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:

  • No Pets / No Smoking.
  • A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  • Parking: 1 underground space, 1 outdoor space – 2 spaces total.
  • No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.

This property is gorgeous, in extraordinary condition, and tastefully decorated down to the smallest detail. The clubhouse, with four hot tubs, a pool, tennis courts, raquetball courts and small fitness center, is a great draw. The location is perfect, with the balcony facing a small creek. We hope to return soon!

This is a perfect option for families and groups of friends to stay at. I stayed with my best friends and workmates for a ski trip and it was great. This place is close to the main town of Frisco, has all the amenities, is well furnished and has a very nice cozy feel to it. The reservation and check-in process is also very smooth and straighforward. Highly recommend and will definitely consider staying there again.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay. The property was very clean, even under the furniture! The beds were comfortable and we used the provided humidifiers and the gas fireplace. We did not do any cooking but the kitchen was updated and served our needs. It was snowing quite a bit here and someone was out clearing the walkways, sidewalks, and parking lot which we appreciated.

Very much enjoyed our stay in Mountainside Peakview condo. Pictures are accurate. Kitchen and appliances have been nicely updated and dishware is plentiful. Bathrooms are also updated. View from balcony is great! Condo would be good fit for a family of four. Overall quality of the condo would compare between a 3-star and 4-star hotel. I felt pricing represented good value.

We really enjoyed our summer vacation week at Mountainside! The view of Peak 1 can't be beat, and sitting outside listening to hummingbirds fly around was a highlight. 271C was clean and the bathrooms/kitchen were nicely updated. The unit is very close to the pool and hot tubs which are amazing for both adults and kids! Parking was no problem, although we were warned that using the bike racks in the garage requires a permit. A few very minor cons: TV's were a little older and not HD, only 2 chairs on the balcony (we bought extras) and basic housekeeping amenities like toilet paper, sponge, dish cloths were sparse and we had to request a restock from the management service.

The condo more than met our expectations. It was close to trails and also an easy walk to Main St. The condo was very clean and was comfortable for the four people in our group. The recent updates were great!I would certainly stay there again. We ate at several of the local restaurants and weren't disappointed. We especially enjoyed dining on the rooftop at The Uptown Grill. The view was spectacular and I would highly recommend it.

Loved the modern, but cozy, finishes of the condo. Very roomy and comfy. Very well stocked kitchen. Parking was great too. Only one very minor negative of the condo was it had only showers in both bathrooms- no bathtub. And each walk-in shower had a fixed glass partition which allowed part of the shower not enclosed. The lack of full enclosure made showers a bit cold. Not a deal breaker...will definitely stay here again!! Very lovely place!

Mountainside is in a great location near the bike path and downtown, but far enough away that it is very peaceful and quiet. Contact free check-in/out was very convenient. Unit had been updated significantly from the description and photos including new wood flooring throughout, remodeled bathrooms and new kitchen countertops. With all of the outdoor activities in the region is was easy to socially distance and the multi-block "promenade" closures of Main streets in Frisco and Breckenridge allowed for additional outdoor dining opportunities with plenty of space. A great trip, thank you Summit Mountain Rentals!

Nice corner unit on the 2nd floor with view of the mountains. The unit was very clean and well equipped. This was the third time we have stayed at Mountainside during the summer and absolutely love the location. We’ll definitely be back. The staff at Summit Mountain Rentals was awesome. They called us the morning of our arrival and let us know we could check in early. Our family had a perfect vacation!

The condo was perfect for our group of 8. It wasn't very busy so the clubhouse amenities were almost private. The condo was stocked adequately and was very clean on arrival. The location was perfect for the skiers in our group as well as those who would rather do other things.

Perfect and very comfortable for our family of four. Easy access to rec path and hiking trails. Nice pool and hot tubs. We had a family with rambunctious young children above us and much noise transfers from floor above, but probably not a problem regularly. We enjoyed Frisco and would return here.
