This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom luxury home comfortably accommodates groups of up to twelve guests, providing ample space for relaxation and entertainment. The living area boasts abundant natural light, soaring vaulted ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Sink into plush seating while enjoying the large Smart TV and catching up on your favorite Netflix series. Upstairs, a loft provides additional lounging space or serves as a quiet office area for remote work needs.

The kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring granite countertops, high-end appliances, and all the essentials to prepare everything from quick bites to holiday feasts. Gather around the dining table for eight, with additional seating for six at the counter. Upper Level:

• Queen Suite: queen bed, private bathroom with walk-in tile shower, smart tv, mountain views. (sleeps 2) 
• Loft: sleeper sofa, office desk, smart tv. (sleeps 2)

Main Level:

• Master Suite: king bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in tile shower and 2 sinks, smart tv, gas fireplace. (sleeps 2)

Lower Level:

• Bedroom 3: queen bed. (sleeps 2).
• Bedroom 4: (2) twin-over-twin bunk beds, smart tv. (sleeps 4).
• Bathroom: walk-in tile shower, toilet and 2 sinks.

• No Pets / No Smoking.
• A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
• For stays of 30 days or longer, a $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at time of booking.
• Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
• Parking: 4 Vehicles Total - 2 Garage Spaces + 2 Outdoor Spaces.
