Double Eagle
The newly renovated Double Eagle Condominiums are great if you want to be close to the slopes and close to town — all at a moderate price! You’re just a short (half a block) walk from the Snowflake lift, and at the end of the day, ski the 4 O’Clock Run back to the property. Breckenridge’s Main Street is just a couple of blocks away or a quick ride on the free shuttle. You’ll also enjoy the outdoor hot tub on the property, as well as access to the Upper Village Pool.

Sundowner
These affordable condos let you be close to the slopes and the action in Breckenridge — all at a great price. You can ski back to Sundowner on the 4 O'Clock Run, then stroll two blocks to Main Street. Plus, you can take the footpath to the Upper Village Pool and hot tub. A great deal!
Tamarisk
The Tamarisk complex is only a five-minute walk from the Quicksilver lift and ski school at the Breckenridge Peak 9 base area — plus, Main Street is just two blocks away. You’ll also enjoy access to the Columbine outdoor heated pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs just a short walk from the complex. Value, comfort and location!
Timbernest
The Timbernest complex is a great winter or summer location — it’s less than a five-minute stroll to the Quicksilver Lift and ski school on Peak 9 and just a bit further to the shops and restaurants on Breckenridge’s historic Main Street. Trails End
Trails End is a fantastic complex less than 50 yards from Breckenridge’s Lower Lehman Run, Quicksilver Superchair and ski school. You’re just a 5-minute to downtown Frisco, and in the summer, the Lake Dillon bike path is right across the street. The Lake Forest complex also offers great views of the mountains and lake, as well as community outdoor hot tubs and gas BBQ grills — all at a price that will make you smile!
Marina Park
Marina Park features beautiful multilevel condos in a prime Frisco location just one block off Main Street.
