What a location: The free Summit Stage shuttle stops right outside the complex, giving you easy access to Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone and A-Basin. In the summer, the rec path is just outside, letting you bike all the way to Breckenridge or Vail Pass. Plus, you’re close to the Frisco Marina on beautiful Lake Dillon. This place is a fantastic year-round choice for your family and friends!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo has room for six guests — and with two bedroom/suites with private bathrooms, it’s perfect for two couples to share! The condo living area features a large flat-screen Smart TV, a gas fireplace, comfy seating, and large windows with views of Frisco’s Mount Royal and Wichita Mountain. There’s a full kitchen with granite countertops and everything you need to whip up meals and snacks for your group. The dining table seats six, with two extra stools at the counter. You can also catch the views from the deck overlooking Tenmile Creek!

Other amenities in this conveniently located condo include garage parking for one vehicle as well as a second outdoor parking space, a unit ski locker, easy access to the shared dry sauna, and laundry facilities located just one floor below the unit.

Perfect spot for my last trip of the season. Had everything you need. The views are great and convenient access to hiking if that's your thing. You'll need your car for most of Frisco but 70 is your ticket if not Main St. Would rent again in the future.

We stayed at the condo for a long weekend in November. The condo was nice, cozy, and very clean. We had cold weather and the last two days we had snow. The views were incredible and it was nice being so close to town but still having great views of the snow covered mountains. I'd definitely recommend and stay there again

I asked for a moderately priced condo on the bus line, and that's exactly what I got. I appreciated the supply of linens and the amenities. The condo worked well for two sets of close but unrelated people. I would rent it again for sure.

We rented this condo in August to escape the dreadful summer heat, and we were so happy with our experience. The condo was clean, comfortable, cool, and well-equipped with everything that a renter could need. The kitchen and living area were the perfect size. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the bedrooms/bathrooms were spacious. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee and our evening wine on the balcony, which afforded a beautiful view. The location was perfect, as it was a five minute walk to the heart of town. We parked our car and, for the most part, traveled by foot around beautiful Frisco. Covered parking was a bonus. There was a laundry room on site which was also very nice. Overall, it was a great experience, and we hope to rent this unit again in the near future! I highly recommend this property!

We stayed for a long weekend in November and loved it!! It was cold when we got there so we had great weather but inside was cozy n warm with the fireplace. It snowed the last night which made for incredible views off the back porch. Everything was clean and nice inside and was the perfect size condo inside. Can’t wait to go back.

My wife and I stayed there a week. We loved the condo and the location! There were 2 bed rooms, each with a queen and a Murphy bed in one of the bedrooms. There would have been plenty of room for more people. The Kitchen was very nice and had all the bowls, pots and pans needed to cook. We were about 30 min from both Brek and Keystone and a few minutes away from downtown Frisco. It was an unforgettable time and will book this condo again!

I really enjoyed staying here. We were a small group coming from two different states, 3 adults and one child, and the condo was everything I hoped for - convenient to shops, restaurants and bus line, close to stream and bike path, quiet, nicely arranged and decorated, nice balcony, had everything we needed to relax and unwind in between activities. Bedding was comfortable. Stairs were not difficult. I would love to stay here again on our next trip.

I have stayed here on and off the past several years. I really like the layout of the condo and new granite countertops in the kitchen and cabinets have been installed in the past year or so. They have also upgraded to wood floors in the main parts of the unit. The owners are using a new management company now and they seem very responsive to any inquiries. The hot tub is one floor below and the coin operated laundry is also located down there. This is a much better value than any hotel I have stayed in summit county.

If you want a nice, updated condo within close proximity to downtown Frisco and the shuttle, this place is perfect. Every piece of furniture in this place turns into a decent sleeping area, even the ottoman! The hot tub and sauna and very convenient and in the same building, you just have to walk down 1 flight of stairs, and the shuttle stop to ski resorts is a 30 second walk. The owner was very approachable and accommodating to our needs, and responded quickly to all of our questions pre-trip. The only complaint our group had was the propane tank was out of gas when we returned from the grocery store hungry and excited for grilled food. Other than that minor incident, everything was perfect and we would definitely stay here again.
