Great place for ski in, ski out access. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. The only complaint was that there was no laundry facilities available at the time of our stay, there was work being done to that area with no other local alternative for laundry. We used the local 24 hr laundromat.

The Apartment was exactly as described and pictured. You could easily get to Snow Flake Lift or ski down 4 o'clock to the bus. The apartment was clean and ready on time. Would stay here again.

Overall we had a great stay and are very satisfied: property is as described, and some of reviewers feedback was very helpful in being prepared that no dresser was available in the master bedroom ( made it difficult to maneuver the luggage, as not all items can be hung on hangers). The bedroom upstairs has a dresser, so that helped with the kids items staying organize. Overall, the location is great, apartment very clean and management's response within minutes made it a very pleasurable stay. Beware though this unit doesnt provide items like salt, basic cooking supplies ( oil/salt), so come prepared if you plan on making your meals. The kitchen however is stocked with all needed utensils/pots. Would recommend and/or stay again.

Second year in the same building, larger unit. Perfect size for me and my 2 young adult children. The unit has been nicely updated. This year I finally figured out where the nearby snowflake gondola is. There were no directions or map but it’s a short 5 minute walk up the hill and around other condos. You can ski almost all the way back. We rented skis at the bottom of the lift that allows you to store everything there but your helmet overnight. That was super convenient. Very short walk to downtown. Parking right next to the front door. Excellent value. I’ll stay again. This survey is tiny on my phone so please excuse typos.

My oldest son and I went to Breckenridge for a ski vacation and has the pleasure of staying at Wildwood sweets. The Property was exactly as shown in the photos. It is an older Buliding and common areas are showing age. The unit was recently renovated and was new and modern. The property management company was excellent to deal with and frequently checked in via text to ensure we were having a pleasant stay. Everything is a 10-15 min walk away (except the lifts and ticket/rental centre is 5 min walk) If you are coming to Breckenridge to ski or ride as your primary focus you should put this rental on your short list. Ideal for a 3 person family or 2 adults who don’t sleep in the same bed.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was well decorated and comfortable as well as conveniently located. The only two minor issues were the small main floor bedroom...there was very little place to put our bags and clothes, and there wasn’t a kitchen sponge that we could find. Both minor issues, though, and we would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for a week in July. All communication leading up to our stay was helpful and questions asked were answered promptly. Upon arrival, the management company staff was very friendly and safety protocols were in place. The condo was very clean and exactly as described. The kitchen was well appointed and we were able to cook when desired. Parking was never a problem. I would suggest perhaps adding some type of small dresser in master bedroom, perhaps in the closet. It would be nice to have drawers for unpacking. Also, a few more hooks for hanging jackets/backpacks. A little disappointed with hot tub not working condition...did not appear to be COVID related...looked broken. We had a lovely time and enjoyed our stay very much! We would stay again.

Great place to be right on 4 O'clock run at the end of the day. Shuttle is either a quick walk to the end of Sawmill rd (5 min) for the Peak 8 shuttle or you can walk out the back and ski down to the end of 4 O'clock and catch any of the other shuttles to other areas. Place was clean and updated. perfect for our family of 4. Also allowed our dog which was important on this trip.

Super cute decor, great location to walk to town, shuttle and 4 o’clock run! One complaint was we charged her in after 5pm and received instructions from SMR. After a long day of traveling and skiing we changed into swimsuits to enjoy the hot tub which was a MAIN reason why we booked this unit. Hot tub was broke, we were not told at Check-in we then got locked out of building in our swimsuits in the freezing cold. So as I give the condo itself a 5 star on my a 3 star because we should of been notified of broken hot tub. Especially when paying top $ rates, should of had the option to stay where we had a hot tub.

Great little condo that is perfect for a couples get-away or family trip. The bedrooms are very small with minimal storage, but the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are a good size. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need! We loved having downtown so close for grabbing coffee in the morning and dinner in the evenings.

Condo was great! It's a small space but thoughtfully designed with lots of options to lounge and relax. We loved how close it was to the slopes and downtown Breck. Property was clean. Only complaint was there were minimal kitchen items. The condo did not have any salt or oil available. Not the worst, but kind of a bummer to truly bring everything.

This was obviously renovated recently. The Complex overall was older but this unit was beautifully renovated. I was very clean, well taken care of and although small in size the use of the spaces was well thought out and worked perfectly giving comfortable together space as well as good apart space. Location was ideal as well. Walking to Main Street shops and to the Gondola were both summer! Only complaint is that the kitchen, though well stocked with dishware and cookware, was not stocked with condiments, coffee etc. Other vrbo's we have stayed at had at least some things left from previous guests. We left our coffee for the next group!

Condo was very clean and had soaps, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, etc. which we did not expect. It was more spacious than appeared in pictures, and our granddaughter loved the climb to the large loft bedroom. The bus to ski resorts was 1/2 block, a lift was a couple blocks walk, and 4 o'clock trail came to 1/2 block of condo. Very nice place!

The condo was gorgeous and everything was updated! It was super close to the snowflake lift and to the bus stop. The ski back trail goes right behind the condo as well which was super convient. The check in process was very easy as well, We caught a shuttle up from Denver and they were able to stop and let us run in and check in. Loved the condo and would definitely stay again!

very nice condo petite, but great for 2 people and ok for 4 newly renovated with very nice modern decor and all that you need in kitchen nice dishes, glasses and cooking utensils . We got a ride in the morning to Snowflake lift and skied right up to the back of the complex on 4 o'clock run we are in our 60 so my son drove us, but the you can walk to snowflake to start the day , if you are hearty.
