This premium 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home easily accommodates groups of up to eight … and since two bedrooms are suites with private bathrooms, it’s also great for two couples/families to share. The living area features vaulted ceilings and large windows for a spacious, airy feel. There’s also a flat-screen Smart TV, a gas fireplace, and plenty of seating. Just outside, there’s a large, tree-lined deck with nice seating options and a gas grill. 

In the kitchen, you’ll find large counters, stainless-steel appliances (including a gas range) and all the gear you’ll need to whip up everything from après-ski snacks to memorable holiday meals. There’s seating for up to eight at the dining table and two at the counter. Downstairs, there’s a family room with more seating, a large wet bar/counter area, and another gas fireplace and flat-screen Smart TV. And outside on the lower patio, there’s a large hot tub for soaking and relaxing!

Other amenities include a laundry room with washer and dryer, a two-car garage, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. • Bathroom: 1/2 guest bath. 

 
LOWER LEVEL: 

• Full suite: queen bed, private bathroom with walk-in tile shower, private door to hot tub/patio. (sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 3: twin-over-twin bunk bed, full-over-full bunk bed. (sleeps 6)
• Family room: sleeper sofa. (sleeps 2)
• Bathroom: tub/shower.
