Welcome to Uncle Sam’s Lodge, a true mountain retreat perched high on Baldy Mountain with sweeping views of Breckenridge Ski Resort and the Ten Mile Range. With 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, this spacious home welcomes up to 14 guests to gather, reconnect, and make lasting memories. Spread out across three levels, with multiple living areas and three incredible decks, you’ll find both space to come together and quiet corners to unwind — all just minutes from downtown Breckenridge.

Mornings begin in the light-filled upper level, where a warm gas fireplace anchors the living room and floor-to-ceiling windows frame unforgettable views. The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and gas range makes mealtimes a joy, whether you’re cooking for a crowd or enjoying casual snacks at the breakfast bar. With multiple dining tables, everyone can sit together and share stories of the day’s adventures before stepping outside to breathe in the crisp mountain air.

Every guest will find a comfortable retreat at day’s end. Four bedrooms feature plush king beds, two with private patios overlooking the mountains. The master suite invites relaxation with its soaking tub, walk-in shower, and balcony access. Two additional bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements with twins, bunks, and trundles — perfect for kids or singles. And with ensuite or direct bathroom access for every bedroom, everyone enjoys their own sense of space and privacy.

The fun continues throughout the home. On the middle level, gather in the family room with a cozy fireplace, workstation, and access to the deck with a private hot tub overlooking the peaks. Downstairs, the game room is ready for friendly competition with pool, ping pong, and air hockey. And with three separate decks — one with a grill, one with a hammock, and all with jaw-dropping views — you’ll never run out of ways to enjoy the mountains.

Uncle Sam’s Lodge isn’t just a place to stay, it’s a place to gather. A two-car garage, extra parking, private laundry, and quick access to hiking trails and downtown Breck make it easy to settle in. Please note the home shares a wall and driveway with a neighboring residence but maintains its own private entrances and spaces. With its space, views, and welcoming atmosphere, this home is ready to host your group’s next unforgettable mountain getaway.

Main Level:

• King Master Suite: king bed, ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, soaking tub & walk-in tile shower, patio access w/ mountain views, smart tv. (sleeps 2)  
• Half Bathroom: bathroom w/ water closet.

Middle Level:

• King Master Suite: king bed, ensuite bathroom with shower/tub, patio access w/ mountain views, tv. (sleeps 2)  
• King Bedroom: king bed, tv, access to shared hallway bathroom with shower/tub combo (sleeps 2)
• Twin Master Suite: (2) twin beds, ensuite bathroom w/ shower/tub.
• Full Bathroom: full bathroom w/ shower/tub.

Lower Level:

• King Master Suite: king bed, ensuite bathroom with shower/tub. (sleeps 2)   
• Bunkbed Suite: twin-over-full bunk bed w/ twin trundle, private patio. (sleeps 4)

Special Unit Notes – Please Read:

• No Pets / No Smoking.
• Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
• Business and Occupational License #STR21-02015
• No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.
• 4x4 or AWD Required during the winter months as roadway to home can by icy and steep.
• Parking: 4 Vehicles Total - 2 Garage Space + 2 Outdoor Spaces (cannot accomodate large/oversized vehicles, trailers, RVs).
