Trails End Slopeview Penthouse Condo is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that’s perfect for groups of up to six. In the living area, there’s inviting leather seating, a gas stove and a large Smart TV for all your streaming needs; it’s the perfect spot for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. Just off the living room is your own private patio to take in the expansive views and crisp mountain air. The full kitchen has all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed when you’re not exploring Breck’s exciting dining scene. There’s room for eight at the dining table and two at the counter. 

You’ll also enjoy the shared access to the on-site complex hot tubs and sauna as well as seasonal access to the off-site Upper Village Pool and Hot Tubs with complimentary highspeed Wi-Fi throughout the home. And like all Summit Mountain Rental properties, we supply all linens and basic toiletries, and each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. You’ll also sleep well knowing our helpful staff is on call 24 hours a day so your vacation can be as hassle free as possible.

MAIN LEVEL:

  • Master suite: queen bed, twin daybed, private bathroom with walk-in tile shower, flat-screen TV. (sleeps 2)
  • Bathroom: walk-in tile shower.

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:

  • No Pets / No Smoking.
  • A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  • Parking: 1 outdoor space only.
  • PLEASE NOTE: This is a sixth-floor condo with elevator access.
  • No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.

Kitchen is fully functional. Beautiful views. Walk to Quicksilver 30 seconds. Would be better if key box was on unit door for better checkin checkout experience.

True ski in ski out at base of lift. 3 bedrooms 2 bath but 2 bedrooms downstairs and no bathroom upstairs. Wallpaper so a little outdated to some degree but a great design had a community hot tub. 100% would go back can’t beat location.
