This 6-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom home sleeps up to 14 guests and was designed with gatherings in mind. With multiple living areas, three expansive decks, and plenty of room to spread out, it’s the perfect retreat for large family reunions, group getaways, and mountain vacations with friends.

The home’s location ties everything together. Step outside to nearby trails for hiking and biking in summer or snowshoeing in winter. It’s just a quick 10-minute drive to downtown Breckenridge, the gondola, and the ski area — or take a 5–10 minute walk to catch the free Summit Stage Shuttle for easy access to town and the slopes.

Inside, the upper level welcomes you with an open floor plan made for connection. Large windows frame the mountain backdrop while a gas fireplace sets a warm tone for cozy evenings together. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and plenty of counter space for preparing meals, from big family breakfasts to relaxed dinners. Multiple dining tables make it easy for everyone to gather before stepping out to the upper deck to take in the views across the valley.

Each of the six bedrooms offers a comfortable, private retreat with ensuite or direct bathroom access. Four feature king beds, two with private decks overlooking the mountains. Two additional bedrooms provide flexible sleeping options with twins, bunks, and trundles — perfect for families or larger groups. Every space has been thoughtfully cared for, giving the home a relaxed and welcoming feel throughout.

Spread across three levels, there’s room for everyone to unwind. The middle level features a second living area with gas fireplace, smart TV, and access to the deck with the private hot tub — a perfect spot to relax after a day exploring. Remote professionals will appreciate two dedicated workspaces on separate levels for privacy and focus. Downstairs, the game room brings the fun with pool, ping pong, and air hockey, plus patio access with seating and a hammock for warm-weather lounging.

• King Master Suite: king bed, ensuite bathroom with shower/tub, patio access w/ mountain views, tv. (sleeps 2)  
• King Bedroom: king bed, tv, access to shared hallway bathroom with shower/tub combo (sleeps 2)
• Twin Master Suite: (2) twin beds, ensuite bathroom w/ shower/tub.
• Full Bathroom: full bathroom w/ shower/tub.

Lower Level:

• King Master Suite: king bed, ensuite bathroom with shower/tub. (sleeps 2)   
• Bunkbed Suite: twin-over-full bunk bed w/ twin trundle, private patio. (sleeps 4)
