With accommodations for six, a gas fireplace, private balcony, covered parking, and access to the Ski Hill Condominiums’ seasonal pool and hot tubs, Ski Hill Downtown Condo is a fantastic year-round mountain getaway for families and small groups. 

Inside, the open living area offers a comfortable place to relax and recharge after an adventure-filled day, with a gas fireplace, TV and plenty of room to settle in together. The full kitchen features granite countertops, generous cabinet space and all the essentials for everything from quick breakfasts to dinner at home. Gather around the dining table with seating for six, with two additional seats at the kitchen island, or step onto the private balcony for some fresh mountain air. 

The primary bedroom features a queen bed, TV and private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is a great setup for families, with an XL twin-over-queen bunk, while a futon in the living area provides additional sleeping space for a total occupancy of six. A second full bathroom features a walk-in shower. Guests also have access to shared complex laundry facilities, complimentary Wi-Fi, elevator access, one covered parking space, and the Ski Hill community’s seasonal outdoor pool and hot tubs.

• No air conditioning. The unit includes at least one fan.
• Shared pool and hot tubs are seasonal. Ski Hill currently lists hot tub operation from Memorial Day through Labor Day and Thanksgiving through Easter.
