With a ski shuttle stop at the front of the complex and onsite amenities including a heated indoor pool and hot tub, your mountain getaway will be as effortless as it is enjoyable.

Inside, the welcoming living area features a stone gas fireplace and large Smart TV — perfect for movie nights, catching the game, or checking the morning snow report. The kitchen is fully outfitted with stainless-steel appliances and all the essentials for home-cooked meals, while the dining table seats six and the breakfast counter accommodates five more. It’s a space designed for gathering and refueling between adventures.

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:

  • No Pets/Smoking.
  • A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in (for stays less than 30 days). 
  • For stays of 30 days or longer, a $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at time of booking.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  • Parking: 1 parking spot in underground garage with 1 outdoor space – 2 spaces total.
  • PLEASE NOTE: This is a first-floor condo with elevator access from garage.
  • No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.

Great place. Would stay here again. We walked to Gondola.(we snowboard) bus pickup is right there if needed. Bedding / Linens are good. Heated underground parking is awesome. only drawback is coin op washer and dryer in the parking garage - no washer in unit. $2.25 per washer and $2.25 for dry - Bring quarters.

This unit was very cute, very clean, located within walking distance (or for those of us who dont want to brave the cold!) an easy 3-5 min drive from the Gondola, shops, restaurants, and more! Very roomy for us - as there were only 2 of us on this trip! The only negatives we would give is the place has thin walls (and unfortunately we had VERY loud neighbors on top of us!) and makes a lot of funny plumbing/noises throughout the night. If you are a deep sleeper - this place is 100% for you - if not - just come prepared! Thank you for a great stay!!

Very nice and cozy apartment to stay when visiting Breckenridge! Easy check in. It had everything that we needed it. Comfortable bed and nice shower in the master bedroom. Kitchen had everything that we needed it. Nice and big counter top with lots of stools. Big size dining table for my big family. Thank you for providing extra linens and towels. Living room just like the pictures with a nice fireplace and cozy blankets. Great location close to everything. Thank you for providing the Humidifiers. Not everyone think about this and it was so necessary for us.

Such a convenient place to stay for the week. Had everything we needed and everything seems new or just remodeled. Fireplace and Livingroom open to the kitchen made it easy to hang out and spend time together. Bed was new and comfortable, walk into town and even walked back from the Gondola when we went skiing. Free ski shuttle picks up right on the corner, so took that to the mountain which was nice. Perfect place for a week and had everything we could need. Humidifiers in the bedrooms, very well stocked kitchen ... great stay.

This condo is a good option for the price in popular Breckenridge. This two bedroom, 1st floor condo has a bunk room with two bunk beds (which sleeps 4). This was perfect for our group. Also importantly, we were able to park the car in the underground space and not use it again until we were ready to leave! Everything is walking distance: shopping, dining, skiing, hiking. Local’s market just two blocks down Wellington Road is where we shopped for food… eating breakfast & lunch in and dinners out. The free gondola to the base of skiing was just 4 blocks away. We made good use of the pool and hot tub. The amenities and finishes are not brand new, but perfect for our needs. The building is quite old but well kept. As such, we could occasionally hear the neighbors so we used the humidifiers for white noise and ear plugs for sleeping. Otherwise I give this condo high marks for location, amenities, ease of use, and its ability to accommodate our group.
