This inviting 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home welcomes up to six guests with a private hot tub, a spacious deck, and a bright living area framed by tall windows. The trees around the home create a peaceful setting for morning coffee, outdoor meals, and evenings spent unwinding after a day of adventure.
Inside, vaulted ceilings give the living room an open, airy feel. Settle into the comfortable seating for a movie beside the fireplace, or gather around the dining table to share stories from the day. The full kitchen has plenty of room to prepare meals and snacks, and the deck just outside features a grill and outdoor seating. Best of all, your private hot tub is waiting when you’re ready to slow down.
The sleeping arrangement works especially well for a family or a small group of friends. The primary bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has both a twin-over-queen bunk and a twin-over-twin bunk. Three full bathrooms give your group space to get ready, while the home’s multiple levels offer room to spread out.
Spend your days exploring the mountains, then come home for a cookout, a cozy evening by the fireplace, and a soak in the hot tub. With comfortable gathering spaces inside and out, this home makes it easy to enjoy every part of your stay. Like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, it comes stocked with linens, towels, and hotel-like toiletries and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is available 24/7 should you need anything.

Upper Level:
- Master bedroom: king bed, smart TV, en-suite bathroom w/ walk-in shower, tub, his/her sinks. (sleeps 2)
- Second bedroom: queen bed, smart TV. (sleeps 2)
- Third bedroom: twin-over-queen bunk bed. (sleeps 3)
- Shared bathroom with tub/shower combo.Â
SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:
- No Pets / No Smoking.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- Parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway or 1 in the 2-car garage. Please note that an owner's vehicle remains parked on one side of the garage.Â
- No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.
- This is a multi-level home with interior stairs.
- A $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at time of booking.
