The home is nestled in the woods just outside of Breckenridge on unmaintained county roads which require 4x4 or AWD year round to access with room for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. The driveway itself is steep and can be difficult to navigate during the winter months and vehicles may need to be moved for plowing.

Other amenities include a full-size washer and dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Upper Level:

  • Queen Bedroom: queen bed, mountain views, smart tv. (sleeps 2)
  • Queen Bedroom:  queen bed, desk/work area. (sleeps 2)
  •  Full Hallway Bathroom: shower/tub combo

Main Level:

  • King Bedroom: king bed, smart tv, large closet. (sleeps 2)
  • Full Hallway Bathroom: bathroom w/ walk-in tile shower

Lower Level:

  • Living Room: sleeper sofa w/ smart TV. (sleeps 2)
  • Den: full-over-full bunk bed w/ twin trundle. (sleeps 3)
  • Full Hallway Bathroom: full bathroom with shower/tub combo.

  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  • Parking: 4 exterior parking spots - no garage access.
