2 BR, 1 BA CONDO – ON SHUTTLE ROUTE – COZY YEAR-ROUND RETREAT!

This condo is a great choice for your mountain vacation: Just minutes from the Peak 8 base area and Historic Downtown Breckenridge on the free shuttle route. You’ll be whisked to the slopes in minutes —and in the summer, there are hiking and biking trails close by. You and your group will love it!
 
This 2-bedroom 1-bathroom condo works perfectly for groups of up to four. The living area is bright and inviting, with plenty of seating and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV for catching the game or the morning snow report. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with lots of counter space and seating for four at the bar; you’ll also enjoy the patio for kicking back after a big day on the slopes. 

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, central laundry facilities, shared hot tubs and a private ski locker. And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, this home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:

  • No Pets/Smoking.
  • A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  • Parking: 2 outdoor spaces total.
  • No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.
  • PLEASE NOTE: This is a second-floor, walkup condo.
  • Business and Occupational License #32101.

The rental was pretty clean for the majority. The bathroom was a bit dirty on the shower rod and tub. The heater did not work at night and no one was available to answer the phone. The property was not as near downtown as they made it sound but its within a 30 minute walk.

The unit was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpfull. Just a five minute shuttle ride to the slopes, ten minutes to town. The property is in need of minor repairs and updating, but overall a pleasant stay.

Everything was flawless except for the bed situation. I ended up sleeping on the couch which was easily more comfortable than either bed in the condo. Beyond this, great location, amenities, and staff. Will likely come again...with my own pillow.

Wonderful condo for our family of 4 - 2 teens and 2 adults. The couch was not a pull out couch, but a couch to sleep on. PERFECT location!! Right across the street from the bus stop which is one stop to the lifts. Hot tubs were right beside our building and were hot and bubbly. Beds not the most comfortable, but okay. Everything I needed in the kitchen.

The two beds were very comfortable, but kitchen utensils are a mixture of left overs. Overall we were satisfied even though having only one bathroom did present a challenge at times.

We enjoyed the proximity to peak 8 and 7! The free shuttle stops right in front of the Gold Camp condo complex and next stop are the slopes!Unit 124 is rather small and furnishing and appliances in need for updates. Management company very professional and easy to work with.

Great little condo for 2 couples. Had everything we needed including an extra vanity sink outside the bathroom which they don't mention. 1 bus stop away from Peak 8 and Peak 7, the stop is right across the street and we were on the slopes in minutes. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need for cooking, they could use a few extra spoons though! Remember to bring coffee filters as they are not provided unless a guest leaves some there before you, same with all basics like sugar, salt etc. All around a great condo and a wonderful vacation.

Gold Camp is in a great location with 2 different shuttles stopping nearby, which made it convenient to get to the peak or to town. The condo itself was nice, a great size with lovely furnishings. The only problem was that the walls are thin. If the neighbors decide to come home late at night, anyone in the bedroom by the stairs will be disturbed by the loud stomping up the steps. You can also hear the upstairs neighbors walking around fairly easily. If you're not disturbed by noise, this is a great place to stay.
