This cozy 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condo is a perfect year-round retreat for families or groups of up to 6. The living area has a large flat-screen TV, comfortable furnishings, and a gas fireplace to make the perfect place to relax with your group after a long day of skiing, mountain biking, or exploring historic Main Street Breckenridge. The kitchen features nice granite counters as well as stainless steel appliances and has everything you need to whip up great mountain meals and snacks. The dining area is just off the kitchen and has room for six at the dining room table.

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES - PLEASE READ:

- A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- Parking: 1 garage space total. Parking at the Village at Breckenridge is limited and not guaranteed for all guests. This ski in ski out property is walking distance to the slopes and to town and is a great choice if you want to be green and leave your car at home. If you do not require parking during your stay, SMR will refund you $30 per night if you let us know one week before your arrival.

GREAT location! Exit condo, down elevator, walk immediately to Quicksilver loft to gain access to whole mountain no matter what type of terrain desired by your crew. Underground parking is excellent with direct walk through to outdoor pools, hot tubs, game room, movie theater. Fast direct walking access to Brekenridge/shops/dining. Village. Check in and Check out easy. Very comfortable for our family of 4. Easily sleep 6 ( 2 bedrooms are together however). Netflix comes with condo. Kitchen is excellent although would prefer a basic spice rack and sink scrub brush. We LOVED staying here and maximized our mountain time because of it.

Always a great time skiing in Breckenridge. Location of the condo very convenient to the lift and town. We were able to walk to the grocery store and the restaurants. The unit was well equipped. Beds were ok. The showers were awful. It was very difficult to get water temperature in a working spot, one shower had a small stream of water coming out. We ended up showering mostly in the locker room area by the pool. It was just way too frustrating to keep trying to get the shower to work. The pool area is in the building across from ours, easy to get to...down to the garage and over..not perfect but tolerable. Pool and hot tubs nice. Keys kept on deactivating. Overall would consider staying here again due to the proximity of everything...Management/Maintenance needs to fix the showers!!!

Really enjoyed the stay! Extremely convenient location to everything and only a few steps to the slopes. Check in and check out was very easy and the place had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here and will look to stay again for any future visits.

The rental was very convenient as it is right off of peak 9 lifts. It is like a two bedroom with two queen beds and a wall separating them, but no door to make them private. Also, the fixtures in the shower need to be replaced. The mattress was very soft (uncomfortable to us). Overall, a fantastic location and a good condo.

Overall our experience was great. Even though the temperature didn’t rise above the low 60s, the living room side of the condo stayed in the high 70s. Our key cards were extremely sensitive, which made things a little frustrating getting into the condo. However, the location was great and close to everything. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy meals at home. Overall we would recommend staying here.

What's best about this condo is it is about 50 yards from the lift, 10 yards from restaurants and expresso shops, and 50 yards from main street. It is a good value- you get what you pay for. The layout is unique with no door between the two bedrooms but not an issue with my family of boys. My only complaint is the same one I had two years ago in my review - no salt, pepper, spices, no sugar, nothing.

First time staying at Wetterhorn Condo. Easy process to get packet at rental facility and short distance to Condo. Covered and lit parking. The condo itself was a nice size and we liked the convenience of being close to the elevator. The condo could use a little updating in the bedroom areas. Newer mattresses and pillows would go a long way and the bathtub faucets/shower head should be replaced. We had issues in the one bathroom where water was trickling out and in the other because of the faucet, couldn't regulate the water temp properly. We also had issue with air conditioning. We couldn't keep it regulated to a cool temp and the one toilet didn't flush well. It also would be so much nicer if they fireplace was wood or gas. Electric just doesn't give you the ambiance. With all that said, when we called in an issue, a maintenance man was sent immediately to fix. So because of location and decent accomodations, we would stay here again.

We loved being at the base of Peak 9, walk to the lifts and a block from town. We regularly hiked up to the Beaver Run chair as the Quiksilver lift is so crowded and slow. The condo itself was fine. The living area and kitchen were nice. The bathrooms and bedrooms were good and basic. The layout of the two bedrooms was odd. There was one bedroom space which is open to the hallway and then another bedroom behind that with a large opening in between them. Not much for privacy.
