Snap your skis off and take 10 steps to the front door of your condo when you stay in this perfectly located ski condo in Breckenridge. When you’re ready to hit the slopes again, just walk about fifty yards to hop on the Snowflake lift, known by locals for its short lines. This is the ski vacation spot you’ve been looking for!

Tyra Lookout Condo is a perfectly sized condo for a small group or family of up to 4. This studio condo with 1 bathroom is in a prime location just off Four O’clock ski run where you can ski right down to the condo in the winter and walk directly onto the trails in the summer. You can either take the short walk to downtown or hop on the free shuttle that stops right across the street.

The living area has comfy furniture with a flat-screen TV and an electric fireplace to cozy up next to on winter nights. The kitchen is just off the living area and has granite counters and everything you need to make a complete meal for you and you group. There’s seating for four at the kitchen counter so everyone can enjoy each other’s company while enjoying a freshly cooked meal.

After a long day exploring the mountain of Colorado, you can soak in the shared hot tub that’s just a few steps away from the condo. And with complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home, you’ll always stayed connected during your mountain vacation!

As with all Summit Mountain Rentals properties, we supply all the linens and basic toiletries and each of our homes is professionally cleaned and inspected before each guest arrival. Our helpful staff is also on call 24-hours a day to ensure your vacation is as relaxing as possible.

  • A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  • Parking: 1 outdoor space – 1 space total.
  • No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.

This condo is in a great location right at the end of Four O'clock run. Easy to ride back to and right across the street from the chair lift. You can purchase rentals right across the street as well. Nice place to stay.

Small space just right for the 2 of us. Kitchen well equipped. Access to hiking trails and nice view. Easy hike down the hill along the stream to town. Management was very responsive when we had questions regarding the tv and streaming.

My husband and I was not expecting much but it was a surprise when we arrived at the location. The place was equipped with full kitchen utensils, it had a small heater is a shape of a fire place, TV and also wash and dry machine for your clothes. The location is just perfect. The lift is just across the street and when you are coming down the mountain you can take the route that will drop you off at the lodge parking. I need to admit that this was a must and certainly what make us love more and more the place. The lodge is also just a few minutes walking from the main street of Breckenridge, which is amazing because you don’t need car for anything. The lodge has indoor and outdoor jacuzzis but we didn’t try it, but we saw people enjoying it and it seemed really cool. Overall our stay was amazing and we enjoy the snow, the mountains, and the place a lot! We thank you guys for the amazing stay provided to us!! We made amazing new memories from Breckenridge!

We really enjoyed our stay during the first week in Dec. This condo is situated perfectly for skiing and enjoying all that Breckenridge has to offer (right across the street from a lift and shuttle stop). The view from this room is so lovely and great to wake up to. The unit is very clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back!!

Our check-in process with Suzanne was easy and she was very pleasant and helpful. The whole reservation process with Summit Mountain Rentals was well organized and they kept you informed of everything you needed for a great stay. The Tyra property was in an excellent location, just a few minutes walk to restaurants and shops. I also saw a ski lift across the street if you come in the winter. The unit was a nice one-room studio. Parking was also near the unit, making it easy to unload. Thank you Suzanne and Summit Mountain Rentals.

Great place to stay! Short walk to town and gondola. Very adequate and affordable for our purposes- walking, hiking, sightseeing, pickle ball, etc. Carpet needs cleaning or replacement. Windows need cleaning, as well. Otherwise, all was good.

Very clean. Unit had everything we needed. Perfect location. However, don’t forget to turn in your parking pass with your keys. We left before the office opened and forgot to put it in the drop box.There is a hefty charge ($150), for forgetting. Ouch! Spent $50 to overnight the little plastic hanger back. Otherwise, a great experience!

I My wife and I stayed at the tyra lookout to attend my grandsons wedding. It was a great time to see Colorado in the fall and attend a wedding. The lodge was in great shape, fully furnished with anything you could need for a comfortable stay. I am not a skier but this lodge is only a short walk to the ski lift,I did do a little hiking just outside the lodge.I would highly recommend staying at this lodge.
