Here’s a fantastic condo in a fantastic location: It’s just 1.5 blocks from Main Street and a two-minute walk to the free shuttle stop, so you can shuttle to Peak 8 or the gondola. You can also ski in within a block of the condo on Four O’Clock Run or the Skyway Skiway. You, your family and friends will love Twin Elks Lodge Aspen Condo!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is great choice for families or groups of up to six people. The warm, cozy living area has plenty of seating for everyone, a gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV. You’ll also love stepping out onto the patio to take in the mountain air. The fully equipped kitchen has beautiful granite counters, stainless-steel appliances, and all the gear you’ll need to keep the gang happy and fed. The dining table seats six.

Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, shared hot tub access, parking for two vehicles, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are stocked with fresh linens and towels as well as basic toiletries. All our homes are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival, and our friendly staff is available 24/7 so you can rest assured your vacation is as worry-free as possible.

  •  Bathroom: walk-in tile shower.

  •  A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  •  Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  •  Parking: 1-car garage, 1 outdoor space total — 2 spaces total.
  •  PLEASE NOTE: This is a ground-level condo w/ stairs.

Followed the snowfall reports to Breckenridge and happened to coincide with a vacancy at Twin Elk C10. A perfect location for shuttle out and ski in, with less than a one block walk to the shuttle and from the base of the 4 o'clock run. The unit was perfect- spacious living/dining room, wood floors, tons of updates in the baths, warm fireplace, a massage chair, heated garage - you couldn't want for anything more. Multiple check-ins from management throughout the stay and check-in and check-out were completely simple.

Place was nice in a good location and walking distance to downtown. It was clean, beds were decent and the tvs were new and easy to operate. (I’ve had places with 6 remotes). My only complaints were that the comforter was missing to the king size bed. Only two other blankets were provided and they were really insufficient . The toilet lever was also broken upon arrival but was fixed quickly. Both bathrooms are downstairs and only one is connected to a bathroom. Coffee maker is a kcup, no other one could be found. No sponges were provided either which would have made cleaning the stovetop easier. Overall, for the price I feel like the comforter issue should have been dealt with before we arrived but besides that I most likely would stay again

Had the pleasure of staying at the Twin Elk Lodge and couldn't have been happier with our stay. It's not the largest condo that we've stayed in (in Breck) but it's clean, comfortable and perfect for four people. Great location as well.

This condo was perfect for us 2 homeschool moms who just needed to have a relaxing weekend before the school year starts. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go downtown, which was so nice. The condo itself was well appointed and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy. The condo was very clean with the exception of the ceiling fans needing to be dusted along with the doors having dust gathered on the accent ledges. That did not affect our stay at all though! We were even granted early check in and late checkout which we greatly appreciated! Overall, we didn’t want to leave and would definitely stay again!

It was clean and had everything you needed to be as comfortable as your own home. There was so many things to do within walking distance and a short drive, would definitely come back!

Amazing. The property was great! The bus stopped practically outside the front door and then there was a cut-off on 4 O'clock so you could sort of ski back to the property. It is near town. The interior was high-end. Super fancy shower, heated garage, electric fireplace, massage chair and the list goes on. It has one queen and one king bed so folks must cuddle. The pull-out sofa was apparently comfortable. I would rent it again. The property management company was attentive to my every need. I wanted more humidifiers, they brought them. I wanted more towels, they brought them. I had a kid who wasn't feeling well and wasn't answering his phone, they went to check on him. It was way beyond any property management I have ever experienced.

Our unit was very nice. Pictures and descriptions were very accurate. Walking distance to town and a major bus stop right out front. Management company was very easy to work with. My only suggestion, which is super simple, we used the garage as a main entrance. You shud have rugs inside that entry plus secure hooks on the wall for coats, backpacks and shoes. Kitchen and electronics all worked great.

Wonderful time was had by all!

We had a great stay at this lovely condo. It is right across the street from the shuttle and walking distance to Main Street. We had a car but reqlly didn't need it. The heated garage was nice though. Everything was spotless and very up to date. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The master bed was so comfortable that I want to purchase the matress. After the end of a long day skiing, the massage chair was great! G
