The gorgeous, remodeled kitchen features quartz counters, stainless-steel appliances, a coffee bar with a coffee maker plus espresso and Keurig options, a backsplash with hand-made Moroccan zellige tile, and a cozy dining area with a marble dining table and seating for six.

This property was a gem in a great location. The owners have done a great job updating it and maximizing the use of the space. It was clean on arrival and everything was in working order. The location was outstanding. We could walk to Silverthorne as well as the town center. The direct booking process was a bit clunky, but it all worked out. This was a fabulous find and we would absolutely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is nice and quiet, but you can walk downtown in just minutes. The condo was perfect for the two of us, clean, and exactly as pictured. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of blanket and pillow options. We appreciated the portable fans for staying cool during our summer stay. We did find the bathroom a bit tight and the water took time to get warm, but these are truly minor nitpicks. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

We loved the set up and how easy it was to walk to both the (quicksilver) lift and downtown. We even saw some moose and a fox in the parking lot! There were a few hiccups (didn’t receive a parking pass until the second or third day, had construction blocking the entrance for about half of the stay, and lost water for a few hours because of a mistake by the construction crew) but the management company was responsive. The kitchen was stocked surprisingly well and we had no problem cooking a few meals. We also worked part of the time we were there and the wifi worked well.

Beautifully decorated and stocked with all of the kitchen supplies and bathroom supplies we needed. Easily walked to the lifts at base nine within 5 minutes. We loved the fireplace and would enjoy staying here again.

For the price you couldn’t find a better spot. Location was excellent about a block to the lifts and 3 blocks to town. The hot tub and fireplace was an excellent way to warm up after skiing. There are signs of wear and tear but the place was very clean and decorated nicely. The front locker area and ski storage worked well. There was 4 of us staying at the condo 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The boys didn’t complain about the pull out bed and loved all the free movies they watched at night.

This condo is close to the Quicksilver lift and Main Street! It was so nice to be on the first floor and condo was quiet. It is a tight squeeze, but fine for the two of us. My only complaint is that the couch was not comfortable to sit on.

We have rented in Breck probably thirty times in the last 10-15 years in winter and summer. This property is small, with a tiny bath, no laundry, and outdoor parking. In our experience you can get a better value for the similar price that has more room, internal laundry, and covered parking. So we would not recommend this unit. Also, but odd, but kitchen hood cabinetry is a problem as is has sharp corners that we banged and injured our head on twice.
