You and your group will remember it for years to come!

This is a beautiful 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath deluxe home with room for eight tucked away in the Blue River Valley. Enjoy the mountains, lakes, streams, and great hiking trails all within easy walking distance! With charming mountain furnishings and décor throughout, the home's open floor plan and vaulted ceilings create a spacious, comfortable feel, and the layout is perfect for entertaining and family gatherings. The living area features plenty of comfortable seating, a gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV.

The kitchen is wonderfully appointed with granite counters, ceramic tile, stainless steel appliances, two stoves and every cooking and baking amenity you could ever need. There is a wood-burning fireplace in the kitchen as well. The top part of the fireplace can even be used as a stove! The large dining room table accommodates eight people, and there’s room for three more at the kitchen island.

You’ll love the hot tub and the two large decks for relaxing and taking in the mountain air. Other amenities include satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, a gas BBQ grill, and room for three cars in the heated garage! Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

UPPER LEVEL:

  • Master suite: King bed, private bathroom with walk-in tile shower, tub, flat screen TV, private deck with hot tub. (sleeps 2)
  • Bedroom 2: Queen bed. (sleeps 2)
  • Bedroom 3: Full-over-full bunk. (sleeps 4)
  • Bathroom: tub/shower.

MAIN LEVEL:

  • Living Area: Queen futon bed. (sleeps 2)
  • Bathroom: 1/2 guest bath.

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:

  • No Pets / No Smoking.
  • A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  • A four-wheel drive vehicle is required during winter.
  • Parking: 3-car garage with 2 outdoor spaces — 5 spaces total.
  • No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.
  • Short-term rental license #LR17-000006.

We absolutely loved this house. The street that it was on was quiet but I now know why a 4 wheel drive vehicle is a must. I have already started to plan 2 trips for next year and plan on staying here. I would recommend this house to anyone that is looking to relax in a beautiful home after a day at the slopes.

As in I sure would stay there again. Great spot for a big family or multiple families. You have privacy being off the main road and in the woods. Tons of room for parking.

The home was plenty big enough for my family of 6. It's located on a quiet little road about 4 miles south of Main St. in Breckenridge. Only about 8-10 mins to town. Only complaint was that the master bedroom was separated from other two bedrooms by the kitchen, so a little inconvenient when putting kids to bed, etc. (not sure why all three bedrooms aren't on one connected hallway upstairs). Great home overall!

This house was perfect for our family. Surrounded by trees, but not far from town, it was a relaxing place to return to after the day's activities. The primary bedroom has its own staircase and exit to the rear deck where the hot tub is located. The kitchen was really well stocked and is great for prepping food with two ovens. We really enjoyed staying here and didn't want to leave!

We loved our visit to Sherwood Ln. It took us less than 10 min to get to the slopes and in Breckenridge. The home was clean and well stocked with dishwashing soap, laundry soap, towels and extra linens. There was some cooking supplies like pans, bowls, utensils, and a regular coffee maker. The fireplace in the livingroom kept the house nice and warm and we loved lighting the wood burning stove in the dining area. The kiddos enjoyed the sleds and snowboard provided! There are lots of games for the family. The garage has 2 useable spaces to park a vehicle with a good place to keep whatever needed in the third stall. The hot tub is located on the third level deck right off the master bedroom with steps from the lower levels also leading up to it. The hot tub was wonderful and clean. No issues that needed the attention of management. Check in and out was very easy at Summit Rental Office.

My boyfriend and I had the honor of staying at this beautiful home for 6 days. The house was very clean, peaceful and had all the amenities you could ask for. Both my boyfriend and I were working remotely and we had enough space to work without disturbing the other. I would absolutely recommend this place for couples, families, etc. Truthfully, my boyfriend and I did not want to leave the home at the end of our stay. We even looked into buying a home in the neighborhood.

I stayed here with 8 friends and had plenty of room for sleep, dining, and hanging out. It was very clean and comfortable for all of us! The hot tub was a great perk! We felt fairly excluded from our neighbors, making it a nice nature getaway. It's also about 10 minutes up the road from main street Breckenridge, making it a great location for those looking for some nature with access to main street! Overall, a great stay and highly recommend!

The house was beautiful, warm, and clean. It was only a 10 minutes or so drive from the ski lift which was convenient. Picking up the keys, dealing with the staff, and dropping the keys off was always a pleasure and quick. My only words of advice would be to definitely make sure you have a 4 wheel drive car which they warn you about because the snow covered driveway and road to Breck is icy and can be a challenge.

Large spacious home with plenty of room to relax. Hot tub was wonderful after a fun day of area activities. Location was wonderful, totally quiet. Nice quick drive to DT Breck, just 5-7 minutes for last minute grocery items. Would love to come back for a month!!!

We adjusted our usual month long stay for a week at the Sherwood Forest house. As usual, SMR handled our arrangements smoothly and we were very pleased with this first experience at a new location for us. We were fortunate to have nearly perfect weather and skiing conditions for the entire week. The Sherwood Forest home is a comfortable, modestly furnished house in a quiet area just south of Breckenridge. It was an ideal choice for our family and we may choose to rent this unit in the future.
