This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium ski-in/ski-out condo is a fantastic choice for families and groups up to 6. The cozy living area features vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, a large flat-screen TV w/Xbox, and plenty of seating for everyone to gather and relax. You can also step out onto the private patio to take in the trees, mountain stream, and brisk mountain air. The full kitchen features granite tile counters and all the appliances and cookware you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for three at the counter for breakfast and snacks.

The Riverbend Lodge offers plenty of amenities too, including: large indoor and outdoor hot tubs; a dry sauna and steam room; an exercise room; private ski lockers on the ground floor; and indoor heated parking. Plus, all SMR properties, all linens and basic toiletries are supplied, and each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also on call 24/7 to ensure your stay is as enjoyable and worry-free as possible.

Our rental was quiet and cozy. The location was great as it was close to everything so you could walking you wanted or take the Gold line bus which had a stop half a block away. The unit had all the amenities that we needed that also allowed us to cook a few meals. The parking garage also had plenty of availability. We would stay here again.

Fourth year in Breck at four different properties. This is our favorite! This unit sits at the back corner of the Riverbend complex above and in front of the grill area, with a wooded area/stream separating the balcony from the next complex. Looking left off the corner balcony, we could see two snow-capped mountain peaks. The "white noise" from the rushing stream made for peaceful relaxation and sleep. The chilly night air kept the unit nice and cool through the open windows. Inside the unit was spacious, clean, and VERY well stocked. Some pantry staples left by other guests came in handy although I usually pack my own. Huge windows and tall ceilings were a bonus! Easy walk downhill to town. The hike back up will make you huff and puff a bit, but worth it to not pay to park. We loved having the Sawmill hike right outside the door, leading up to the reservoir for trout fishing. Parking garage is super clean and well-lit. Took us a bit to figure out the meandering hallways and doors from the garage to our unit; the luggage carts in the garage were most helpful. The Summit Mountain Rentals folks were professional and very prompt in providing info and answering questions. No check-in at the office required; door/garage code provided via a text. We hope to be back next year!

We really loved the condo. My wife and I stayed late March for a ski trip and it was perfect. The condo is well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal we cooked breakfast every morning and 1 dinner but could easily cook all meals in.The washer and dryer is a big plus which allowed us to dry out wet ski clothes and run a load of laundry. We loved that the snowflake lift was right out the back door and we could ski back at the end of day to literally about 100 feet from The front door of building on the 4 o’clock run. The hot tub sauna And steam room were great after a long day and so was the garage parking for when it snowed. Easy 10 min downhill walk into town. There was really nothing bad to say. We both said we would like to stay here again on our next visit to Breck.

This condo was exactly what we needed! Fully equipt kitchen for days/nights cooking in. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is fantastic! The back door to the facility is literally right next to the Snowflake lift, but the unit itself is still very private and quiet. Would love to come back!

The condo is fantastic with plenty of room, well maintained and the beds are really comfortable. And the kitchen was well stocked (there is even a crock pot)! It also has 2 humidifiers. It's a very nice unit! I would not say this is true ski-in/ski-out though. The lift is about 50 yards away, and you must walk to it on a small path, carrying your skis (there is no way to ski to it). To return, the easiest way is on the 4 O'Clock run, and you also have to remove your skis, walk across the actual road, then walk up the hill to the condo. So just be prepared that if you expect to put on your skis outside your door, ski to the lift, and then ski down a run and back into your condo, that is not the case. It's not a super far walk, but you need to have the right expectations of what you will encounter. And to access this unit, you have exit the main building, and use an outdoor crosswalk to enter the unit. And be prepared that the ski storage for this unit is on the opposite side of the parking garage. It really is a nice unit, but just have the correct expectations and you will really enjoy it!

The condo was in a perfect location! Hiking trails right outside our door, short walking distance to downtown and beautiful views! Parking garage was convenient. Decor was a little dated and worn but we spent most time outdoors.

My husband, son, and I visited Breckenridge for our first time to ski and relax over spring break. This condo was perfectly situated right next to the Snowflake lift and a very short drive when I dropped my son off and picked him up from the ski school at the Beaver Run location. The outdoor hot tub was great for relaxing sore muscles (the indoor hot tub was under repair during our stay)! We really appreciated the extras like a well-stocked kitchen, ample towels, washer/dryer, board games, indoor parking garage with luggage carts, not to mention the quiet location at the end of the building with a beautiful view! The condo was also about a 10-15 minute walk to town, which we did often during our stay, though we did also drive in for coffee or dinner at times. We would gladly stay here again!

during our stay the roof was being replaced and SMR had no control over... and I understand. The outdoor hot tub was unavailable due to the work being done, the grills were restricted use until dark (when they quit for the day) and the pounding and nailing above our unit was a little annoying. I contacted SMR and made them aware. They did not offer any perk for our inconveniences. no big deal until I received a 10% coupon off if I complete the survey.......PLaying the Game!!!

We enjoyed very much our stay in Breckenridge in this sky/out condo with our 2 kids. Its kitchen is well equipped and the parking area was ideal. The gondola is very close and the main street is just 15 minutes walking. The bathrooms are quite small and a small BBQ for the terrace would be nice.

Just steps to the snowflake lift. A 10 minute walk to Main Street or take the free bus that arrives every 15 minutes just steps past the lift. Locked Ski storage area is great too.

Great property that looks just like the photos. Really glad that the kitchen was well stocked with utensils because all the restaurants in the County are closed to dine-in because of the virus. The building is located right at the base of the Snowflake lift so it's easy to jump on the lift in the morning and ski back to the building back door at the end of the day as long as the run in open. One hiccup was that the run to the bottom of Snowflake was closed so if there is no snow or you are a rule follower you have to ski to the bottom elsewhere and bus it back to the property. We heard that despite being closed there was plenty of snow on the run and worked great to get back. ;)

We had a great time at this property, which was the perfect launching point for gravel biking around the area. Place has a great balcony with a gurgling stream outside. Right next to the Snowflake lift which is also a starting point of a trail system. Overall a great experience.

Nicely appointed condo but could use some updating on carpet. The window covering really need to be dusted. The location was perfect. It was very close to a trailhead and we could hear the river every night with our windows open. Easy mile or so walk to downtown.

It was the perfect rental for our weekend away with friends. The property was clean. Everything worked. Really enjoyed the deck with the brook running next to the property. We could hear the small creek all night. It was wonderful falling asleep to the sound of nature. I loved the say the condo was set up. The only slight detriment was the small bathrooms.

What a great condo! Ski-in and ski-out. It was very comfortable, and the layout was perfect for a family of up to 6 people. It was so convenient to the Snowflake ski lift, and the drive to town was very short. The television in the main living room was fantastic and my kids loved playing the Xbox at night. The kitchen was very functional and had everything we needed to cook meals, when we were not dining out.

This unit was the best choice we could have made. Arrived in Colorado for a family wedding, and 17 family members decided to extend the trip to Breck. Our unit, by far, was the best accommodation among all the family members. The unit was clean, well equipped, and has the perfect location. The large windows, views, and the fireplace added to its great ambiance. Would absolutely choose to stay here again! Would love to contact the owners to see if they would consider a 'home swap' at the NJ shore during beach season. Loved the place, felt like 'home' the moment you walk through the door!

Comfortable condo for four guests, nice property, good location and only a few minuses - limited mountain views, thin interior walls (could easily hear bathroom from next bedroom), an inoperable hot tub when we visited (but the indoor one worked). Property's steam room and sauna were nice, along with convenient garage and elevator

Our Riverbend Condo worked out great for our family of four with two teens. Really accessible location off of the snowflake lift - walked out in the morning and skied down 4-O'Clock to an exit that dropped us within half a block of the condo. Condo was in very nice shape, kitchen really well stocked with cooking supplies and furniture comfortable and new. Only challenge was sorting out how to set the heating which is in-floor and as such responds slowly up or down. Follow the instructions they give you on this topic. We'd clearly recommend this place to friends and family.

Riverbend 219 was the perfect property for our family's needs. It was spacious for a 2 bed /2 bath, it was literally steps away from the snowflake lift, the unit was clean and updated and was a short walk, bus ride, or drive from downtown. For one of our party that needed to rent skis, there was a summit mountain rental right next door and a location to purchase lift tickets. Very comfortable and convenient. We would like to return again next year.
