You’ll love this location! River Mountain Lodge 207E offers the convenience and comforts of a condominium (with hotel amenities) in the heart of historic downtown Breckenridge. Just ski down, walk across the street and you’re home! Plus, you’re just one block from Main Street Breck and a short shuttle ride to the gondola or the Peak 9 base. Your group will love it!

This studio, 1-bathroom condo offers beautiful views of Bald Mountain and a balcony directly above the Blue River. There’s a full kitchen with everything you’ll need to whip up après-ski snacks or a nice meal after a long day on the slopes. The dining table seats four, and there’s room for two more at the counter.

You’ll also enjoy the large flat-screen television, complimentary Wi-Fi, underground parking (one car) with elevator access, a fitness center, an outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

This condo was perfect for my wife and I. Great location. One bus stop away from Gondola. At the bottom of 4 O'clock run. And one block from town. Kitchen was nicely equipped with the basics. Very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

The visit to Breck was very nice despite COVID restraints. The hot tubs had to be reserved and we did not get a chance to utilize them after being on the mountain each day which was a big bummer. The room itself had a great view and was in a great location.

We LOVED our stay! We visited during the fall and the room was perfect. The room was an excellent size for two! We cooked a few meals in and the kitchen was well equipped. The underground parking was half full when we were there so we had no issue finding a spot. The bed was very comfy! I do wish there was more storage for clothes however I'm not sure where a dresser would go. We did hear some noise from downtown on the weekend but it didn't keep us up. We would stay here again for sure!

We were very pleased with the condo. It was right on the edge of town, convenient to walk to a multitude of shops and restaurants. We had a view of the river and town area. The room is perfect for 2 adults, might be a little cozy for 4. Kitchen was well stocked. The bed was OK, but not the most comfortable if you have any back issues. Bedding linens were thin and worn. The building was quiet, but this was a slow time of year (September).

Wonderful room , location. Mattress bowed and hurt our backs.

The room was very clean and tidy. The view was wonderful along with location. However that mattress was an absolute nightmare and should be replaced. Placing a 3 inch foam mattress on a bed that bows like a 20 year old horse doesn’t fix the issue. Put that thing out to pasture! Not good for a bad back.

This studio is just above the Blue River and provides the sounds of a stream all day and night - very relaxing. Within steps of Main Street shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed use of the hot tub after long days of hikes. Everything we needed was available. Bed was comfortable, but note it is a queen, not a king. Full, lush, towels.

Awesome cabin-like studio in the perfect location within the village. This was the perfect size for my wife and I. Located right off 4 O’clock run, it made walking and exploring the village a breeze. One short bus stop and you are at the Gondolas. The staff was very professional and friendly. We will defanetly stay with Summit again on our next trip!

This place is perfect! Location is just steps from downtown. There are fans in the condo which were very helpful in circulating air. Having the creek below was also very nice.

My husband and I went to hear my son perform in the NRO (National Repertoire Orchestra) and also celebrate our 30th anniversary. We LOVED everything about Breckenridge and hope to return and stay in the same River Mountain Lodge E207. It was perfect and the view of the river and the town was amazing. Check in was easy. The property was clean and welcoming. We can't wait to return!

The property description and pictures absolutely did justice to the unit - it was very clean and comfortable, tastefully furnished, and had everything we needed for a perfect ski weekend. Check-in was a breeze (except that we went into the West elevator instead of the East), and the property was well-located for the slopes. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

This was perfect for me and my girlfriend. Directly next to bus stop and at the end of the 4oclock run. Also located just behind the popular main street Breckenridge. Definetly recommend this place for a couple looking for something cozy and comfortable.

Loved the music of the rushing water. VERY close to town center. River walk out our door with Adirondack chairs on patio at water's edge. This is what a Colorado vacation should be like! Loved the convenience to everything. Couldn't have been better for us!
