Peak One Basecamp is a 3-bedroom plus den, 3 bath townhome is a perfect retreat for families or groups of up to 10 people. With fresh updates throughout the home, this home is clean as a whistle and ready for your mountain vacation! The living area is cozy with comfortable furnishings, a large flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace; it’s the perfect place to relax after a long day of mountain adventures. The attached kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to whip up a culinary masterpiece for your group. The dining room is just off the kitchen and has room for eight at the dining room table and three more at the counter.

There’s also a two-car garage, a washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a beautiful bunk room downstairs that’s perfect for the kids! And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and it’s professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

SLEEPS 10:

UPPER LEVEL:

  • King master suite: gorgeous room with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private attached bathroom with a walk-in tiles shower. (sleeps 2)
  • Bedroom 2: queen bed. (sleeps 2)
  • Bathroom: tub/shower.

LOWER LEVEL:

  • Bedroom 3: queen bed. (sleeps 2)
  • Den: beautiful built-in bunk beds (4 twins) and a flat-screen TV. (sleeps 4)
  • Bathroom: tub/shower.

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:

  • No Pets / No Smoking.
  • A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  • Parking: 2-car garage with 2 outdoor spaces – 4 spaces total.
  • No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.
  • Short-term rental license #10191.

This home is a block off main and very convenient! You can walk to town to pick up a pizza, coffee, or even grab some awesome breakfast burritos to eat on your quick drive to the slopes. It also has great cookware if you want to cook in. Furniture is great quality too. Front door key didn’t work great so a new lock with a code would be better.

As a repeat customer of SMR they have offered up another great place for our annual ski trip out west. No contact checkin/checkout. Direct communication with the rental manager and will look to booking with SMR in the future trips.

My family enjoyed this property very much. The location is great. The Townhome was clean and comfortable. The only snag we had was that the water was not turned on and neither was the hot water tank. I think management should turn both of these items before tenants arrive. Otherwise, everything was good. We enjoyed our time in Frisco very much.

Really like the location in Frisco. Plenty of room. Home was nicely equipped and clean. Kids loved the lower level den with bunk beds and tv. Garage was a little too tight for two SUV's.

The kitchen was completely furnished with all needed equipment and common supplies such as spices and disposables. The rooms were comfortable and clean. My only recommendation is that the small blanket on top of the sheets was too thin and the comforter on top of the blanket was too thick, leaving me with the choice of either being too cold or too hot.

The property was very clean, modern and as advertised. The master bedroom was outstanding. The kitchen had sufficient utensils, plates, glasses, etc. The office staff were very friendly and customer oriented. The location, very near Main Street, was excellent and we walked to restaurants, parks, the river, Dillion Lake.

This in-town home was ideal for a multi-generational family of 4. There was plenty of room for more. The owner has thoughtfully designed this home with many lovely details - a skylight to keep a windowless room light, dimmer switch for upper bunks to turn the lights off, room to store skis and boots and more. The style is more contemporary than many mountain rentals, which we appreciated, and we enjoyed our time here very much! Everything was spotless and new or updated. If you like being in town, this is a lovely choice.

This vacation rental had everything you could imagine iand wish for. Everything was high end and perfectly set up. One block off Main Strret Frisco Very clean and easy booking and check in. With six adults and four kids, house was set up perfect. Would rent again and highly recommend to anyone who needs a the perfect place.
