Looking for a great spot for your Breckenridge adventure? Park Place Mount Blue Sky Condo is close to the lifts and a short stroll to Main Street. You can even ski down Four O’ Clock Run and walk to this condo! The complex also features two on-site outdoor hot tubs, a gas fire pit and free covered parking, as well as seasonal access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tub. You’ve found a winner here!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect getaway for families or groups of up to six. Walking into the living area, you’ll be impressed by the beautiful gas fireplace surrounded by stone and the private balcony with mountain views. There’s also plenty of seating and a flat-screen TV for entertainment after a long day on the mountain. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, room for six at the dining table, and room for three more at the breakfast bar.

You’ll love being just across the street from the free shuttle to take you around town in both the summer and winter! Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, in-unit washer/dryer, and parking for two vehicles. As with all SMR properties, this property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival, and the condo is fully stocked with clean linens, plenty of fresh towels, and basic toiletries. Our professional staff is also available 24/7 to ensure your vacation is as hassle-free as possible.

The property was very conveniently located. Walking distance to downtown. There is a free bus stop across the street to connect with the mountain and easy to ski 4 o clock trail all the way to the condo after a day on the mountain. Condo is on 3rd floor but not a bad walk up as we usually found a parking spot at the base of the stairs. Two separate bedrooms and bathrooms allowed for privacy but nice common space with fireplace allowed for hanging out. Did not use the hot tub facilities but condo had a nice steam shower. The decor in the condo is dated but is otherwise a great place to stay.

We stayed here with a family of four. The location was awesome. Directly across the street from downtown. In the morning we took the free shuttle right outside 1 stop to the lifts. At the end of the day you can ski down the 4 o'clock run to the condo. The condo was clean and offered plenty of space. We did not use the hot tub but that is on site but the next building over. Would stay here again.

The rental location was nice, and great location from everything. It fit my family of 5 perfectly. I especially loved the steam shower that was in the unit. The balcony also helped for fresh air. Everything is provided for the kitchen, too.

The location is pretty good bc you are pretty close to Main Street However, you have to walk pretty far to the pool next door There is no ac which michael really had to search to find that after our arrival And 80 degree days are def not cool enough for that especially with no working fans in the unit It’s also three flights up no elevator

Summit Rentals was easy to work with. The unit is nice but lots of steps to get there. Some updates needed especially in the bedrooms. Bathrooms are nice and the Laundry was great to have in the unit. The kitchen was well appointed and had all we needed. Summer was a great time to go. So easy to walk to dinner and shopping. No need to drive except to the City Market grocery store.

The location of this condo is phenomenal. You are a block from downtown Breckinridge. We had four people and the condo was very roomie for four people, can fit six comfortably. I would rent this place agai.

We have visited Breckenridge numerous times and decided to plan our Christmas/New Years here with our kids this year. Upon arrival, the management did an amazing Job and was very helpful. I give Summit a 5 star for their professionalism. The property and unit however are not. The hot tub was not working, and you have to book a time for hot tub/ swimming pool use with the community HOA. It states you cn begin booking at 10AM the day before.... We tried, and at 10AM all spots were full for the next day.(strike1) We planned this trip and booked this condo as a ski in condo..... No one made mention that we needed to pre purchase our lift tickets online. When we arrived I went to purchase lift tickets and was told I had to purchase online. This is when I found out they were sold out.....I was never told this might be an issue and I paid a premium for this property on a holiday week. (strike2). The master bedroom heater didn't always want to cooperate and so the master bedroom was cold most of the time. The beds were less than impressive and the blankets and sheets were from walmart in the 60's/70's. The kitchen was missing numerous things needed for cooking such as mixing/serving bowls, the couches ware extremely wore out as you sink to the floor when sitting in them, the reclines was hard to work, and the fireplace would come on and go off as it wished while the timer was on. Had there been better communication about the lift tickets and ability to do anything from ice skating, to snow cat rides and snowmobile rentals, or even go shopping or to lunch or dinner without reservations or pre booking months in advance, I would not be so harsh on this property.

5-10 min. walk from almost anywhere you'd want to go... Other than the sub par carpet installation and the "**** stairs" the place was a solid 7. It was reasonable but the advertized $99 a night was the hook .. With attached fees the final tally was over 100% of it's rate per night.. Still not a bad deal overall. The locked in $350 Deposit with 5 day return was irritating but whatever.. I get it.. The rental company was terrific and I'll be dealing with them in the future. Great people

The unit was very well located with several Breck Free Ride shuttle stops near the community. Great access to Main Street and Peak 8. Loved the steam shower. The king bed was adequate, but the queen bed was not comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed the apartment and for the value were very satisfied. However, some updating with bedding, furniture, and configuration is overdue.

Condo is a little dated and worn, but was very clean. Contained all the essentials. Check in/out was incredibly easy. The best part about this condo is the definitely the location. Biggest complaint was the lighting in the master bath. Incredibly dim lighting which made for a very dark shower. Beds were all comfortable, with the exception of the sleeper sofa. Wouldn't recommend relying on that for a good nights sleep. All in all we enjoyed our stay at Park Place and would rent here again in the future

What a Vacation!!! It all starts with a Great Place to stay. Our Condo was just perfect. It had everything needed for a Great Ski weekend. I Brought my Son and Daughter to Ski Breckenridge for my daughters 30th birthday and Sons 31st birthday. It was all of our first times skiing a western mountain. As I said, we were hoping for a nice place to stay and this surpassed our expectations. It was within walking distance of the Town. We Ski'd to within 100 yards of our Unit. We walked across the street from our unit and caught the bus to any area of the mountain we wanted to go to. The Condo had everything we needed, we especially enjoyed the fireplace and the outdoor Deck. Our next trip to Breckenridge will certainly be back here.

Overall excellent stay. Only negatives: VCR and DVD player didn't work, and no dish towels or pot holders. Location was perfect, the condo was clean, beds comfortable, view was nice, kitchen was huge and had most things I needed to cook for a large group. ?????????? Great place!

Our unit was perfect for our family of 3. It had all the amenities of home having a fully stocked kitchen, a comfortable living room with fireplace and dvd library, two full baths one with steam shower and the location of unit was perfect and close to everything. Quick walk to Main Street and free bus shuttle across the street. The one thing that was on the down side is that you have to walk up two flights of stairs to get to the unit and that could be troublesome for some elder folks that have to carry heavy luggage and groceries up. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

on the whole, good time, spoilt a little by the 'owner' of the property below, but great access to town and to 4 O'Clock Run. Couple of points. It is a walk up and on the 3rd floor, so you need to be fit. Trash and recycling are not close and not even together, Condo was clean, but a little dated. Had a few issues with the plumbing, but the management company were on it right away. In general, I would say a good place to stay, but moderate your expectations.

Great location, good condo. It was a little bit dated in its decor, but otherwise it served its purpose well! The check-in staff was nice, but rapid fire (they've been doing this a lot you can tell). The cleaning fee of $130 was NOT documented on the website prior to the confirmation page. Not bad price though, comparatively speaking. The $350 damage authorization seemed excessive, but since we aren't party animals it wasn't a problem (it was never charged). The condo says max 8, but I don't know where the 8th person would sleep. (Double up on the full?) There was a master suite with a large king and a full. The couch pulls out I hear, but we didn't try it. The second bedroom has one queen. The condo itself is right in the middle of Breck and perfect walking distance: far enough away to not hear the concert-goers drunk, close enough it only takes a few minutes to the riverwalk center. There is an outdoor hot tub, but we didn't use it due to rainy weather. I would recommend this place to others.

A comfortable place to stay with a very roomy yet cozy feel. Both bathrooms are very private and you are just 2 blocks away from Main Street. Just went to the corner to watch 4th of July fireworks!
