This perfectly located 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom deluxe townhome is a great Rocky Mountain escape for families or groups of up to eight people. The living area features cozy furnishings, a large flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace, and large windows offering great views of the slopes. Step out onto the deck and kick back at the outdoor table or throw some steaks on the gas grill! The kitchen features granite counters, stainless-steel appliances, and all the gear you’ll need to keep the gang happy and fed. The dining table seats four, and there’s room for two more at the counter.

The home also boasts an in-unit laundry area with a washer/dryer, a 1-car garage plus another outdoor parking space, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. UPPER LEVEL:

  • Master suite: king bed, private attached bathroom with jetted soaking tub and walk-in tile shower, flat-screen TV, mountain views. (sleeps 2)
  • Sitting area: twin sleeper sofa. (sleeps 1)

MAIN LEVEL:

  • Bathroom: 1/2 guest bath.

LOWER LEVEL:

  • Bedroom 2: twin-over-queen bunk bed, flat-screen TV. (sleeps 3)
  • Bedroom 3: king bed, flat-screen TV. (sleeps 2)

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:

  • No Smoking.
  • A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  • Parking: 1-car garage with 1 outdoor space – 2 spaces total.
  • Pet Fee: $50 per night per pet. 2 dog max.
  • No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.

7 of us stayed and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Very convenient to walk to town. It’s a little dated but still in great condition.

Everything expected was provided. Place is located right off main st. making restaurants and bars all walking distance. Gondola was less then a 5 minute walk from the place. Grocery store was 2 minute drive from the place. Probably a personal reason but the catan board game they provided at the place was cherry on top for our stay.

Cozy, comfortable and conveniently well located Townhouse with views of the slopes! Walking distance to Gondola, Main Street restaurants, shops. Minor issue with check in and unit prep but SMR staff resolved promptly. Overall smooth & professional process. Would definitely rent again. Suggestion to provide a bench at garage that doubles as mud room. Otherwise fantastic!
