This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condo is a great retreat for families or groups of up to eight people. It offers an unbeatable location just two blocks from downtown and an easy walk to the Peak 9 base area of Breckenridge Ski Resort – or take the free shuttle bus that stops right across the street. You’ll love the hot tub access and gas fireplace for warming up after a day on the slopes!

The living area features comfortable furniture, large west-facing windows for great light, a gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV. There's also a standing desk so you can hop on a zoom meeting before hitting the slopes. Right off the living area is a patio for relaxing in the crisp mountain air. There’s an updated full kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the gear you’ll need to whip up a culinary masterpiece. There’s room for eight at the dining table, too.

Other amenities include onsite laundry facilities, complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the condo, and access to the recently remodeled Columbine pool and hot tubs. As with all Summit Mountain Rentals properties, this home is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and includes all the bed linens and towels you need, as well as basic toiletries. Plus, our helpful staff is available 24/7 to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible.

  • Bedroom 2: log full-over queen bunk bed, flat-screen TV. (sleeps 4)

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES - PLEASE READ:

  • No Pets / No Smoking.
  • A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.

this place was perfect for us - family of 4, with two teen/adult kids. Easy access to slopes,wther you walk, drive or shuttle. Everything you cold possibly need was available including extra papertowels, laundry detergent and a humidifier. It was cozy, comfy and ample enough for everyone to relax in their own space if need be. Would definately recommend!

Plenty of room for our group to stay. The double bunk beds were plenty big enough for adults too. We cooked in two nights, the kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans and cooking items. The management company will be in contact via text so very easy to get anything you need. The location is walkable to downtown, buses to many different slopes and walkable to most chair lifts. Several ski rental shops are walkable too. I loved that so many of our friends could stay close by so we could easily meet up.

Really nice property. Was exactly as described. Kitchen had new appliances. Perfect place for a family of four, but could host another few bodies if needed. Management team reached out to us to see if we needed anything. 7 minute walk to the Quicksilver super chair. Would definitely stay there again

We had a great state at Lances West 3 Condo. The condo is just as it appears in the pictures. The kitchen is extremely well stocked for cooking. We ended up canceling some dinner reservations to cook instead. The beds were very comfortable too. The bus to the slopes stops right across the street. Could not be more convenient. The management company was very proactive and reached out to see if we needed anything. They were also responsive to questions. The "starter setup" of dish-soap and toilet paper was more than sufficient. There is no view but the listing did not imply there was a view so I wasn't expecting one. We would definitely stay here again. The only suggestion I might have is that the two extra chairs in the living room could use an upgrade as they are not comfortable and the sofa only fits 3. Thanks for a great stay!

The apartment itself is very nice, clean and well appointed. However the noise insulation is poor in the entire building and we could hear our neighbors every moves. I guess we were just very unlucky that the people renting the unit next door that week were very early risers (5am)....

Had a great time, property was clean and updated. Super bonus, it's on the first floor, so no huge flight of stairs to go up... Overall layout is a split-level with "living room" upstairs and bedrooms down. This mean the noise from "upstairs" is within the condo, and the bedrooms are super quiet. Super close to the bus stop, longer walk to Peak 9 base area. Easy walk to downtown.

Great location to walk to mountains for skiing, pool for after skiing, town for shopping/dinners, and the Troll... plenty of space to spread out and kitchen was well stocked so making meals when we wanted to was easy. Even had a griddle so we could make pancakes one morning. Check in/out was a breeze as well.

Great location. Close to the slopes and town. Awesome, well-equipped kitchen. Some of the furniture and bedding was really worn. Overall...great place to stay
