This ground level 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom deluxe condo is a perfect getaway for small families or groups of up to four people. The cozy living room is a great place to relax with a gas fireplace, 4K TV, Chromecast, Alexa, and Apple TV. Located right off of the living room is a patio and a fully equipped kitchen with seating for four at the dining table. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, common laundry facilities, and a dry sauna at the Columbine Clubhouse.

Rented this for my sister and my brother in law for their honeymoon. They had a great time, home was great, close to everything. They drove from the airport and didn't have to get in the car until they left. Great atmosphere, locals were very nice.

Summer trip to Breck. We made a summer trip to Breck and chose something different since we didn't need ski in/ ski out. The locations was great with easy waling access to the village at Peak 9 and downtown. Bit was well-equipped and the bed was comfortable.

We enjoyed a quick and easy trip to Breckenridge. The location was easy to get in and out of and close enough to food and shopping. The rental was well supplied with dishware and cookware, as well as dishwasher detergent, tissue paper, towels, etc. Adjacent rentals had a little bit of noisy construction, but that seemed like an unusual activity.

Anything on the first floor is always good. Location couldn't be better. The laundry room is directly below this unit, closer then my house. The condo is small but, very usable.

The Summit Vacation Rental management team was certainly the highlight of the experience as they were all more than helpful throughout the reservation process show patience while offering multiple locations, prices, etc. The condo turned out to be just fine as it was just a friend and I staying there so there was no need for anything "fancy". The condo seemed a bit worn and rough around the edges but for the location and price it was just fine. I will definitely continue to use VRBO and would recommend the Summit Rentals team for anything Breckenridge in the future. Thanks,
