3 BR + DEN, 4 BA TOWNHOME – MOUNTAIN VIEWS – PRIVATE HOT TUB

Talk about a fabulous year-round location! Breckenridge Ski Resort is just minutes away, or take advantage of the Gold Run Nordic Center for cross-country skiing. In the summer, you’ve got the 27-hole Breckenridge Golf Club, bike paths and hiking trails galore. Included in your stay is access to a private shuttle (Dec.-Mar. Only) that can take you and your group from your unit to downtown Breckenridge and the slopes. Everyone in your group will love it!

This 3-bedroom + den, 4-bathroom townhome has plenty of space for families and groups of up to eight people. As you enter the home, the spacious living area welcomes you with comfy sofas, a large flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace, and nice mountain views. The layout is open and spacious between the living room and the kitchen, and the deck is right off the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. There’s seating for six people at the dining table, and room for another four at the breakfast bar. 

Other amenities include a private hot tub, complimentary Wi-Fi, a full-size washer and dryer in the unit, and a two-car garage with parking for a third vehicle in the driveway. And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, the home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and it’s professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

UPPER LEVEL:

  • Master suite: king bed, private bathroom with separate soaking tub, walk-in tile shower and two sinks, mountain views. (sleeps 2)

MAIN LEVEL:

  • Den: queen bed. (sleeps 2)
  • Bathroom: walk-in tile shower.

LOWER LEVEL:

  • Queen suite: queen bed, private bathroom with tub/shower. (sleeps 2)
  • Bedroom 3: queen bed. (sleeps 2)
  • Bathroom: tub/shower.

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:

  • No Pets / No Smoking.
  • A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  • Parking: 2-car garage with 1 outdoor space — 3 spaces total.
  • No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.

Beautiful property in excellent condition. Very clean and lots of room. Views are gorgeous, especially from the master bedroom upstairs. All beds were comfortable except the one in the converted den on the main floor. Garage is conveniently attached to the townhome. Kitchen was well-stocked. Microwave was broken but property management brought a (really big) loaner quickly. Location is the main drawback but it is an easy drive to the slopes and up to Frisco.

This location is about an 8 minute drive from the Breckenridge resort, so a little quieter than staying in the hustle and bustle of little downtown. Great views and amenities at the house. Fit our group of 6 well - we were very comfortable. The hot tub was wonderful, surrounded by trees for more privacy from the street. Would absolutely stay here again!

Everything was done well. Loved the availability of humidifiers in every room. It so helped us from florida to deal with high altitude. Rooms/bathroom - everything was clean and well maintained.
