The location was perfect for boarding. It was clean and well stocked. We had an issue with a leak and broken toaster, they were quick to respond and take action. My only complaint was the bed in the master room was very very uncomfortable.

The condo is very nice and recently updated. It is clean, and the bedrooms and showers are nice. The location is awesome. There is a slope just across the parking lot which will take you to a lift. It's basically ski-in/ski-out minus a very easy walk. I can't over-state how convenient this condo is for those capable of skiing a cat-trail to and from the condo. Some negative reviews described the stairs like they had to ascend mt everest. It wasn't so bad. I was traveling with another adult who is a strong skiier, and we had a great time. That said, this condo might be tough for visitors with mobility concerns, or those that have to carry small children up and down stairs. I know my kids get tired after a long day of skiing and ask me to carry them -- which would make the stairs more challenging.

My family, me, my husband and two daughters in their twenties, rented this condo for a ski trip. The location was good but when they said it was on the third floor I didn’t realize it was outside stairs and two flights up before you got to the three floors. Also, there was no ski storage. Luckily we rented a car so we had somewhere to store our skies at night. The condo was really nice and had everything we needed. Getting to the slopes was a bit of a challenge but doable (Walk to end of parking lot, cross street, put on skies. Ski down to snowflake lift. Take off skies. Cross street. Get on lift. Going back at the end of the day was definitely easier.

We really loved the condo. It was so clean and newly renovated. We cooked almost all our meals in the kitchen (and packed lunches for hikes) and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for hikes and downtown.The two of us only used the main bedroom, and the memory foam bed was very comfortable. Nice views of mountains from balcony and both bedrooms. Walking up to the 3rd floor was the only slight downside. The description says there are no spices/cooking oil. There actually were many spices there in mid-September 2021, but I'm sure they can't list that since there's no guarantee what will be there when you visit.

We enjoyed this location. Everything was clean and looked newly remodeled. The only issue were the curtains in the master bedroom. They were pretty thin so the sunlight came right through. Don't plan on sleeping late.

This is an adorable condo in a GREAT location. They did a wonderful job renovating the entire condo and it was incredibly clean. We also loved how well stocked the kitchen was and that the condo was essentially ski in/ski out. My only criticism is that I would have loved a king bed in one of the rooms. Otherwise, this place was perfect and I would definitely stay there again!

For fourteen years we’ve been coming to Breckenridge for an annual brothers trip - Grandview continues to be our “go-to” spot for housing. Grandview’s access to the slopes (ski in/out) off Ski Hill makes it a prime location to stay. Additionally, the value for the space is hard to beat. This particular unit, B20, is by far the nicest we’ve stayed in, with well thought through updates by a very welcoming owner; their welcome book alone is a three ring binder, showing they’ve invested the time and interest into their unit.

The condo was very clean, well furnished, and well stocked. Kitchen supplies were wonderful, bedrooms even had humidifiers. My only complaint, if you can call it that, was the extremely lengthy instructions that the owners left for caring for the condo. It reiterated how nice their things were and how to care for them (down to which cleaners to use). I have two little kids so it made me a little on edge while we were there, worrying that we would damage something. Also, I really don't want to do that much reading when I am on vacation haha :) I did love the owners' suggestions for activities and dinning.

This is a beautiful property, perfectly located right off Ski Hill Road, walking distance to base of peak 8 or down to Main Street Breck. We spent an amazing week here w my 10 year old and 7 year old daughters. Very comfortable, enjoyed the grill, fireplace and the fully equipped kitchen; felt right at home. Owners really did an excellent job with the build out, remodel, decor and design. I highly recommend this condo!

If you are visiting during ski season or during the summer, this condo is a great option. The entire unit is remodeled and offers every amenity you need. Kitchen is fully loaded. TThe bed rooms are beautiful and every window has a spectacular view. Hummingbirds visited the balcony every day. It’s a 5-10 minute walk to the base of Peak 8. I would highly recommend this unit and look forward to returning. The entire experience was seamless.

This rental place is awesome. Everything you need and then some. The apartment was clean, close to the town and if you rent it during the winter season, very close to peak 8. We stayed there before so we kinda knew what is going to be like. And again we weren’t disappointed. Summit Mountain Rentals as always were a great host. I will used their services again and if all go well, I will stayed at the same place again because it is so great for our family of 4.

We came in Mid April, near the end of the snow season. This place is perfect for those that like a modern look. There's also a grill, fireplace, several board games and Netflix, in case you want to stay in and be lazy. There were even a few reclaimed pieces used throughout the rental, which were a nice touch. The only drawback I would say is the mattress pad in the master bedroom; quite hard and requires some time to get used to. Overall, I would recommend this property to a friend and would definitely stay here again.
