Frisco couldn’t be a more perfect location no matter what time of year you visit. It is truly the heart of Summit County: right on Lake Dillon, a short drive to six world-class ski resorts and an adorable Main Street with fantastic shopping and dining. The Frisco House is located just three blocks off Main Street and right on the bike path that you can take to the Frisco Bay Marina — and from there, all over Summit County. It doesn’t get any better than that!

This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom deluxe home is the perfect getaway for families or groups up to ten people and your furry friends! The upper-level floor plan is very open, and there are vaulted ceilings over the kitchen and dining areas that make the home bright and airy. There’s plenty of seating in the living room, with a large LCD TV for relaxing after a great day in the mountains. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to make all the meals you can dream up during your stay. Downstairs you’ll find a huge couch, a large TV with a DVD player, and a lovely gas fireplace. It’s the perfect place to hang out and watch movies any time of day. You’ll also love the deck off the dining area that boasts a large gas grill for a fun BBQ!

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a two-car garage with two additional parking spots in the driveway, and a washer/dryer in the home.

LOWER LEVEL:

  • Bedroom 3: twin over queen bunk bed with trundle bed.

  • Family room den: sleeper sofa.

  • A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.

Great overall experience. The Hospitality app was very nice. Easy way to have everything needed to get there and get checked in all in one place. Management company called a couple of times beforehand to ensure we had no questions. Checkin smooth and friendly. House we rented was in great shape and was all we expected plus some. When we realized something was left behind, the staff was helpful in tracking it down and getting it returned to me. I will definitely use Summitt Mountain again.

From searching for a rental property in Frisco online, to reaching out to the summit rental group and finally selecting a property to go forward with...I have only good things to say. Communication: Via phone/email was very good. Nothing was left to worry about or additionally required on my end. Price: Very fair. Bonus: if we stay again next year we can get a ‘return-renter’ discount of 10%...that’s a nice sweetener to get us back. Rental unit: Exactly as described...we would rent again. Check-in-out: Really smooth...didn’t waste anyone’s time during this process. In fact, I was called earlier on the CHECK-IN day and told we could get access SOONER than expected.

We enjoyed our stay in Frisco. The house was comfortable and an easy drive to Copper Mountain ski area, our favorite place to ski. We also enjoyed soaking in the hot tub at the Silverthorne Rec. Center.

Nice place within easy walking distance to restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay while skiing. We ended up cooking in most nights. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of pots/pans, glassware & dishes. The bedrooms were comfortable & they also had humidifiers. We enjoyed the use of the games (&there are many!). The few nights that we did eat out we were able to walk to the numerous restaurants in Frisco. Very centrally located. We would stay here again.

This is well equipped and nicely maintained house. It has everything one may need for short (week long) or long vacation, including washer and dryer. Split-level design with MB, LR and kitchen on the upper level and two more bedrooms with large game room downstairs. the house can easily accommodate ten people and not feel crowded. The property management was very courteous and everything was well planned

My friends and I rented the Frisco House for a few days of skiing. This was our first time to stay in Frisco and this place was conveniently located to Main Street shopping, restaurants, and bars. It also worked well for us to do a day at Copper Mountain, Keystone, and Breckenridge. Although this trip was for a group a friends, I am considering bringing my 2 young kids up for a summer trip and potentially a ski trip next winter. This place will definitely be on our list of options for places to stay.

Made reservations to have family together for our wedding on the 4th of July weekend! Hard to do without actually seeing the property! The Frisco house is big and accommodating! We had plenty of room for all of our family and it's well equipped. Plus we walked everywhere in town and to the Frisco Marina. Perfect location!! Thank you so much it was a very pleasant stayed!!

First off, check in was a breeze! The house was everything that the description said. Everything worked, was clean, and was very nice. We will use Summit again through and through. VERY nice reception and extreamly helpful. The one negative thing I can say is that, there absolutely isn't a negative thing to say! We loved being within walking distance to town and driving distance to literally anything you could think of doing. Do yourself a favor and use Summit Rentals. Specifically, The Frisco House.

Great location and great property. We were looking for something a little closer to the ski areas when we looked for a Presidents' Day weekend rental for our mini-family reunion, but we're very happy that we stayed in Frisco. Lots of space in this house, great airy rooms, and ideal location with close access to ski areas and Main Street Frisco. We checked in after hours and the process with Summit Rentals went like clockwork. The only complaint we had during the entire stay was the wifi and cable that was part of the listing was out during our entire 3-night stay. Summit did their best to work with Comcast to get it working, but it was over a weekend, so no service call available. They promptly addressed the issue, along with an initial lack of hot water in the house, but could not resolve it. This is a very good property for a large family.

We had a really nice stay at this house. It was clean, comfortable and roomy. The basement area was perfect for kids. The kitchen was well appointed and well labeled. The location was great with less than a five minute walk to Main Street. We frequently stay in Summit County,and I would definitely hope to rent this property again.

This is the second time we stayed at this home. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to Main Steet and Lake Dillon. Bike trails easily accessible. Close to popular ski resorts. We love how each bedroom has a king size bed. The house is clean, cozy and stocked with plenty of books and games. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely recommend this home to others. The only minor complaint we have is the bathrooms could be updated.

We stayed recently for 4th of July and loved this place. Great location, easy walk to all the great shops and restaurants and a short drive to the grocery store. We had extended family along with 4 kids so it was great to have the king size beds for all the adults. House is well equipped with bikes that our kids rode every day, fishing poles as well (and we caught some trout). A nice downstairs area for the kids to play while adults enjoyed the upstairs living room. Will definitely stay here again!

This is our family's annual trip and we absolutely LOVE staying at this house. It has everything we could ever need, full kitchen supplies for cooking and dining, laundry, luxury linens and furniture, 2 TVs (one up and one downstairs) with Xfinity cable, and the beds are incredibly nice and comfortable. We were able to stay connected via internet and get work done as well. It is great to enjoy the many games and puzzles they keep here for both kids and adults. Love that it os a short walk (only a couple minutes) to the playground, lake to fish or boat, or main street. One of the best VRBO places and location that we've stayed at.
