This 1-bedroom + loft, 1-bathroom deluxe home is the ideal mountain getaway for small families or groups of up to four. It’s the perfect mixture of a unique mountain property with updated finishes, and the Blue River area provides a peaceful setting that’s just an 8-minute drive to Downtown Breckenridge and the slopes!
This cabin features vaulted ceilings in the living area with big windows that let in lots of soft, natural forest light. The wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV, wood fireplace, and cozy couches are perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the Colorado mountains. The fully equipped, updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, and all the gear you’ll need to whip up meals and snacks for the whole gang. There’s room for four people at the counter.
Outside, there’s a large deck in front with a gas grill for barbequing, as well as a smaller deck off the bedroom. Other amenities include a washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi and two parking spaces outside. As with all Summit Mountain Rentals’ properties, this property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and includes all the bed linens and towels you need, as well as basic toiletries. Plus, our helpful staff is available 24/7 to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible.

The experience was good. The beds were a bit uncomfortable and there were a few basic things missing in the kitchen needed for cooking (such as aluminum foil, etc) Also, there was no snow removal. We literally had to shovel our way to the door to enter. For the price, these are little things you expect to be included.

Great location to explore Breckinridge easily. However, for the amount of fees that we had to pay, I kind of expected a little bit more. The lawn was overgrown so taking the dog out was a challenge but someone did come mow it during our stay so that was helpful. The best part about this rental is it’s quiet and in a great location to drive over to town.

The cabin was very cute. It was well stocked with essential items and was fun to stay in! The cabin is about a 7 minute drive from the town and tucked away on a dead end street, so you can definitely get time away from civilization here!

We absolutely loved this little A-Frame. Both the front and back porch could be fully enclosed which was great for our dog, and the backyard is pretty private with an excellent nature view. The house was clean, cozy, and super cute. It was stocked with all the amenities we needed for the week. We were in a quiet neighborhood only a few miles from Downtown Breckenridge. 10/10 would recommend to a party of 1-4 people.

Many vacation rentals are poorly stocked, A-Frame of Mind was not. The location is great, just a few minutes to Breckenridge so you have the quiet of the mountains and the proximity to Breckenridge. The home is dog friendly and I would encourage anyone who travels with a dog to consider this rental. The only thing missing was patio furniture, there is a great deck but limited seating options. Bonus point for having at least one sharp knife!

This house is so close to Breck (5-7 minutes) but is nestled in a quaint and quiet little mountain community. Absolutely perfect location! We enjoyed the quiet surroundings and seeing moose grazing in the neighborhood. We were also visited in the night by 2 noisy bears trying to wrangle the trash. The house is very well stocked and felt spacious despite it's small size. If you want a real feel for how awesome Colorado is, this is the place for you!

We had a great time in this A Frame. It was the perfect stay for us, equipped with everything we needed for an extended stay - fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, cleaning products, etc. The surroundings can't be beat, you are close to Breck, but feel like you are in your own oasis.
