And downtown is an easy walk or ride on the Breckenridge free shuttle. Your family and friends will love this condo!

Columbine Ursa Major Condo is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condo that works perfectly for up to eight people. It has a large, comfortable living room with a gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV for relaxing after a long day in the mountains. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless-steel appliances and all the gear you’ll need to keep everyone happy and fed. The dining table seats eight.

You’ll also enjoy seasonal access to the Columbine Pool and Clubhouse which features indoor and outdoor hot tubs and a heated outdoor pool. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, washer/dryer in unit, parking for one vehicle, and a ski locker. And all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

The condo was perfect for us. Literally a 5 min walk to the ski school & ski lift and 10 min to center of main street. The kitchen was stocked with just about anything we needed and the bedrooms very comfy. There were some black marks on the TVs once turned on, but nothing to really complain about. The only issue we had was with the people upstairs thumping around, as as we were on the ground floor, the passageway was used a lot by residents of the other properties as a cut through to the slopes, so it could get noisy with ski boots on. 2 parking spots - one outside the unit and one in the garage. The garage is very tight for space, so if you have a large car, it may be tricky to get parked in there Overall, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others

Loved this space. It was a great location. Great size. Deck was pleasant place to sit outside. Thanks so much. Hot tub was bonus.
