Summit Haven is a 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom premium home is in Breckenridge’s desirable Warriors Mark neighborhood, just a short drive from downtown Breckenridge and the slopes; or you can hop on the free shuttle at the stop just outside the home! Inside, the home features an open concept with the living area, dining room and kitchen flowing together seamlessly. The living area has a large flat-screen TV set above a rock fireplace that’s perfect for catching the game or watching your favorite movie or show. Just outside, the deck has a barbeque grill and private hot tub, making it the perfect place to relax winter or summer.
The kitchen is beautiful, with gorgeous granite counters and new stainless-steel appliances. It's fully stocked with all the gear you’ll need to whip up mountain meals to keep the troops fed and happy. There’s room for six or eight at the gorgeous wood slab dining room table, and room for four more at the kitchen island/breakfast bar.

We enjoyed the house and it slept several people comfortably. The location of the house was convenient for a short drive to town or to drop off skiers at the hill. While we did not use it, there was a bus stop directly across the street. The house was clean upon arrival and had a good amount of paper towel and toilet paper to get through the first couple of days. We had plenty of trash bags, dishwasher detergent and dish soap. When attempting to grill, we discovered that the propane tank was empty and there was not a spare in the garage. A call was made very late in the afternoon to Summit Mountain Rentals and a full tank was delivered in about an hour. While communicating via text about the pending propane delivery, we requested more forks (the house only had 10) and more were provided with the propane, which was a nice surprise! Overall a great house and excellent communication throughout our stay!

What we liked: The home is very spacious and the renovated common area and bathrooms are very nice. Hot tub works well. The shuttle to the slopes in the morning is very efficient. Easy drive to and from town. What could be improved: The home does not have boot warmers so you have to take your boots off in the garage and then carry them inside and upstairs to set out to dry which is not very convenient. The heat in the living room does not work well - we could not get it over 65 even on days where the outdoor temps were in the upper 20s. The shuttle coming home from the slopes is a disaster if you’re there during a holiday week. We waited 90 minutes one day - in that time only two went by and they were already completely full and couldn’t take on more passengers.

We stayed with 7 girlfriends to celebrate a 50th birthday. It was the last erfrct house to cook and stay in a cozy home on a snowy night! They had plenty of cooking supplies. Renter thought of everything! Not common to have that many supplies in a rental house. It was close enough to Breck to go into town and experience the local festivities. This is DEFINITELY a house we would rent again!

Five Texas sisters and spouses stayed here for five days to get away from our August heat. It was wonderful. The house was roomy, very comfortable and so well appointed. We cooked in every night before our games. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare delicious family meals. We used the bus (right across the street) even though we had 2 cars. So convenient! We enjoyed the crackling fireplace and the bubbling hot tub. There was nothing we needed during our stay that wasn’t provided. Looking forward to a return visit. This is a beautiful house in a beautiful setting. The perfect getaway .

Check-in was a breeze. The driveway is steep- I'm not sure a sedan or sports car could make it unscathed. The open plan main floor is great. The dining table is beautiful, the decor throughout tasteful. Management was responsive to any minor issues we had over our two week stay. I would be thrilled to stay here again.

We loved the property . Plenty of room and convenient bus stop across the road to take us any where. Only one issue was that the driveway and steps weren't shoveled when we got there even though there had been no new snow that day. Otherwise we love the place as it was beautiful and clean.

Great house, beautiful setting! Located perfectly in a quiet neighborhood, with the free shuttle stopping right across the street. Hot tub was perfect! Kitchen setup was great for a large family! Our only complaint was the basement bedroom was cold and drafty, being next to the garage. Some rolled up towels at the base of the garage and bedroom doors helped. We would stay again!

Had a great stay in this large and roomy home. Stayed with another family and there was plenty of room for sleeping, lounging, and preparing meals. We visited in the summer and I only wish there was an area outside to sit....like a table and chairs. The hot tub was great though. We walked to town which was nice but a little far. The shuttle is also available right outside the house which was convenient. Overall, a great place to stay!

I stayed at Summit Haven with my family and it was absolutely perfect. The house was newly renovated and extremely comfortable. It had a well equipped kitchen, spacious living room and plenty of bedrooms and sleeping space. One really cool feature was the heated floors in the kitchen and master bath. The hot tub was well maintained and a nice bonus for our stay. The location was perfect, very close to Main Street (shops, food), parks, and trails. The free bus shuttle stop is directly in front of the house which made getting around town extremely convenient.
Overall I would highly recommend Summit Haven. My family thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay and can’t wait to visit again soon!!!

We booked a last minute trip to the Breckenridge for the annual wine festival and stayed in Summit Haven...wow! This house is amazing! Remodeled beautifully and such a GREAT location!! We were able to walk to a nearby hike during the day, then walk to town for the wine festival in the evenings and then end the night relaxing in the hot tub! The bus stop is literally across the street which was a great because we eventually did get tired of walking :)
The weekend was perfect and we will definitely be back to stay in this house and enjoy Breck again soon!

First time to Colorado and we couldn’t haven’t picked a better home for our family! Plenty of rooms/bathrooms for all of us. The house is beautifully decorated, fully remodeled and stocked with everything we needed. The bus is literally across the street and some days we even just walked to downtown.
