This spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom premium home works perfectly for up to 10 guests. It’s located in a quiet residential area of Breckenridge, with easy access to town and the slopes via the free shuttle stop two blocks away. On the main level, the living area features a stone gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and killer mountain views. And just outside, there’s a deck with a gas grill and your own hot tub. On the same level, there’s also a family room with a large corner couch and a huge flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all the gear you’ll need to make big mountain meals for your group. The dining table has seating for eight people, and there’s room for four more at the breakfast bar. 

Downstairs, even more fun awaits, with a large game room with a pool table, poker table and a wet bar. There’s even another large flat-screen TV so the kids can catch their favorite shows and movies. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer, and a two-car garage with additional driveway parking (four vehicles total). UPPER LEVEL:

  •  King master suite: king bed, beautiful private bathroom with jetted tub and large separate walk-in tile shower with two shower heads, gas fireplace, private balcony with mountain views. (sleeps 2)
  •  Twin suite: two twin beds, private bathroom with tub/shower. (sleeps 2)

MAIN LEVEL:

  •  Queen suite: queen bed, private bathroom with tub/shower. (sleeps 2)
  •  Bedroom 4: queen bed, desk and chair. (sleeps 2) 
  •  Bathroom: tub/shower.

LOWER LEVEL:

  •  Game room: queen sleeper sofa. (sleeps 2)

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:

  •  A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  •  Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.

The cabin was beautiful, well stocked and a perfect location. It's easy to get to and a good location to downtown Breckenridge. Loved all the little trails and creek surrounding the cabin. Would recommend this place.

What a lovely home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for the 9 of us and great location for all types of activities. The hot tub was a big hit with our grandsons and there is a playground a short walk away that they enjoyed. The home has just about every amenity you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We all loved staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay with friends. Close walk to town and the bus was perfect when we were lazy. The game room was ideal for evening fun and maintenanace was quick when we needed help. Best/easiest check-out ever!

Overall the experience was great! The house was nice and spacious for our family and the location was a relatively easy walk away from downtown Breck. Really liked the hot tub after a long day hiking or adventuring. Plus, its hard not to have great views of the mountains in the location!

Nice vacation rental. Nice to have individual bath with each bedroom. Three separate areas if you need some space away from each other or for the kids to go downstairs to be away from the adults. Only advice would be to have a car rental. Breck has a good bus system, but the stop a block away from the house quits running shortly after 3 so you need a car to really get into town. Would stay again.

I've planned large group ski trips for years and this house is one of the best experiences we have had. The house is larger in person than the pictures show with plenty of space to hang out after skiing and comfortable sleeping arrangements for 10. The highlights were the large kitchen, the hot tub that fit our entire group, ample parking space (which can be difficult to find in Breck), and the proximity to a bus stop on the Purple line (about a 8 minute walk from the front door).

This is a very nice home in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and spacious, and we enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. Our only complaint is a lack of hot water. There was not enough to fill the master bath even halfway, when no one else had showered. But that said, we would stay here again.

All the comforts of home in a beautiful location, 2 blocks from the free shuttle. Snow removal occurred quickly when needed, hot tub was clean. If cooking, may need to bring cling wrap, tinfoil, storage containers. Recommended.

The property was very clean and in order upon arrival. However the keypad instructions we received were incorrect requiring us to call in and wait for instructions. The house was great and in a great neighborhood. Property management was great with communication.

Spent a long Memorial Day weekend here in the midst of a move from Houston to Denver and awaiting delivery of our furniture. Location was very close to town which was really convenient and the home was spacious with plenty of room. Nice places to walk our two dogs and having a late season snow was a bonus. While we enjoyed the home, it could really use some freshening up and some repairs. There are a lot of scuff marks on the walls and some broken blinds upstairs. The master bedroom was a bit warm for sleeping due to pilot light on the fireplace. It put out a lot of heat for not being in full use. Also, there was not a big attempt done to clean before our arrival, especially the area around the hot tub. It was covered in dog poop. Some fresh painting, cleaning of the stains on the furniture or replacement, and some attention to the kitchen utensils and this would be a great place to stay. For the price, it really justifies having that level of attention, in comparison to other homes we have rented around Breckenridge. We did appreciate the ability for Summit Mountain Rentals to extend us an extra day when we found out our furniture was going to be delivered a day later than expected. One suggestion for the package when you pick it up at Summit's office: explain how the front door lock works. If you have not used one like it previously, it's highly confusing to get it working.

Great location, only 5 mins from the slopes. Easy drive to slopes, stores, and town. Breathtaking views of Breckenridge! The home was decorated beautifully, nice couches to relax in for hours, comfy beds in all rooms. Plenty of space for everyone in my family! Everything was very clean. Kitchen fully stocked with essentials, cookware, etc. perfect for cooking meals. My family loved the extra space downstairs that had another couch, bar, pool table, and card table. We had to contact Summit Mountain Rentals once during our stay in regard to one of the fireplaces. They responded quickly, were very caring and professional, and resolved the issue making sure we were satisfied. We loved this home and would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our time as Vista Point. Maybe could use a little updating, the temperature variance from room to room is massive and difficult to contend with. Upstairs bathroom door wouldn't stay closed. Otherwise a great space!

Great house! Perfect for a group and family friendly! We were celebrating a birthday with 3 babies under 2. The basement was perfect with the game room for when the kids were sleeping. Very accommodating to a big group and so many cozy couches! We couldn’t figure out the tv and someone even came out to help us. My only complaint would be some basics were out or very cheap. Such as poor quality paper towels and TP. Also, they didn’t have anything other than soap to wash the dishes. Out of things like foil and no storage containers.

We were traveling for a family wedding and had 9 adult family members meeting up and rented this house. It was perfect with the 4 bathrooms we were all able to have privacy while getting ready each day and for those who stayed up later the ones going to bed had a place of their own to retreat to. Kitchen was perfect and made life easier because dinner out with 9 takes up too much time. Stores close by and trails for morning walks also enjoyed. Thank you for a wonderful time. We will be back!

This is a great home for a stay in Breckenridge. Our group of 7 (4 adults, 3 tweens) had plenty of room and enjoyed the proximity to Main Street Breck. The only downside is that the pots and pans need to be replaced. Every pan was warped, making it very difficult to cook even the simplest meals. All in all a great stay and would recommend.

The house was in a good location with plenty of space. The neighborhood was nice and safe. The hot tub was a nice upgrade after a long day of hiking. The house needs some maintenance like fixing the faucet in the kitchen. New pans to cook on. The grill needs to be replaced as it is very small and the starter was broke. The master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced. We would recommend the property but wouldn't be our first pick.
