Just one block from the Snowflake Lift, Winterpoint Emerald Townhome is the perfect spot for a ski getaway! This tri-level, two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom deluxe townhome is perfect for groups of up to eight people — and it’s just a two-block stroll to the shopping, dining and entertainment on Main Street Breckenridge. Your group asked you to find the perfect place … this is it!

You’ll love the tasteful updates throughout this home. The cozy living area offers plenty of seating, as well as a gas fireplace to keep you warm after a long day in the snow. The flat-screen TV is great for cuddling up and watching a movie, too. The spacious full kitchen has all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed, with seating for five at the table with two more at the bar.

You’ll enjoy seasonal access to the heated swimming pool and hot tubs in the Upper Village (just 1.5 blocks away) for some fun in the sun or relaxing after a day on the slopes. Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, a one-car garage with an additional outdoor parking space, and two balconies. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and it’s professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

  • A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in (for stays less than 30 days).
  • For stays of 30 days or longer, a $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at time of booking.

The townhouse is in a great location with easy access to the mountain and the town. It was very clean and comfortable. The only suggestion for improvement is to add more lighting in the living room. ;) We’ll be back!

The townhome was great place for our family to stay. Easy access to multiple chairlifts, and a short walk from Main Street. Overall, would highly recommend. I was disappointed with 2 items in terms of cleanliness. First, upon arrival there were dirty dishes left in the master bedroom (coffee cup, water glass, plate). Second, there was medication found on floor in the master bathroom. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal, but our 1 year old son was crawling on the floor when we found it. Luckily we spotted it before he got to it or tried to eat it. I would highly recommend this location to others, and hope to stay here again on a return trip to Breckinridge.

This is our 3rd winter in Breck, first time in this condo. We enjoyed the accommodations and location very much. The layout was perfect for us with 3 older kids and and 3 adults. Enough room for all of us without feeling cramped. It was nice to have a garage as we had snow several time and wouldn’t have had anything to clean off our ginormous rental vehicle had it been snowed upon. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent condo for 3 guys on a ski trip. Great condition and perfect location. Just 5-10 minutes walk from many bars and restaurants and same to 2 lifts which accessed different parts of the mountain - very handy. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was really nice, high quality, and conveniently located. While not fully ski in/ out, you are 2 blocks from the snowflake chair, and 2 blocks from the 4 o'clock trail. All thr place and furniture as new and spotless. I would come back again!

We’ve been to Breck several times and this was our second stay at Winterpoint, but first stay at this condo. We choose it specifically for the proximity to Snowflake lift and the ski back on 4 o’clock run AND the short walk to Main St. It’s the perfect location for us. The condo itself was nice. There was no TV in the guest room which would have been nice. The kitchen was well stocked and the flooring was nice rather than carpeting. Overall a great stay!

We had a relaxing stay at the townhome, which is modern and well-equipped, making it easy to cook meals and relax. It is centrally located, within walking distance of Main Street and the Free Ride bus stop. Having an indoor garage was a blessing given the cold, snowy weather. Check-in/check-out and text/email communications went smoothly.

Clean and comfortable townhome with modern amenities. Short walk to snowflake lift and almost ski back to the property via the four o'clock run. Easy walk to town. Townhome had a well equipped kitchen. There was plenty of space for our family of four. It was an added plus to have the 1/2 bath off of the kitchen. Primary shower was a delight for sore muscles after skiing. Would definitely stay at this property again.

This was a fantastic property. Great condition, very comfortable, and wonderful location. Having a garage was particularly helpful. We honestly would not change anything about the townhouse itself. It was great. The one piece of feedback I have is not regarding the property but the process. This is the first rental in a long time where I had to go to a separate office to sign in and get / drop off keys. A bit antiquated but will say the sign in process was quick and very friendly. My kids loved feeding the dog a treat in the office!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4 for a week in Breckenridge. We were there to hike and explore while my husband worked in the condo and joined us in his down time. Besides being absolutely immaculate, it was such a perfect location. We were glad to have our own space but be able to cozy up in front of a fire and watch a movie every night as a family. Easily our favorite rental yet, and we’ve been doing ski trips for years. The unit itself is almost flawless- beds are supremely comfortable, living room was set up perfectly with a new TV and audio system, and the kitchen was set up nicely to cook a variety of complete meals- pots, pans, utensils, etc. in other words, it feels like someone’s home (which it is.). Garage parking and ski storage is extremely convenient. Location- it’s as close to ski in/out as you can be without actually qualifying, because you technically can’t ski right up or out. That said, unless you’re older/disabled, it is a SUPER short walk (~5 mins) to the snowflake lift (can get to peak 8 and 9) and and even shorter walk off four o clock run at the end of the day. It was so nice to not worry about parking or have to walk through town to get to the lift. The only things I would suggest changing: -Humidifiers- if they are here, we couldnt find them. This condo is nice enough that it didn’t feel totally necessary, but you really do need one if you arent used to the dry air. -laundry/dish soap- small sample sizes were provided, no where near enough to last for a few week of skiing with two couples. Not the end of the world because we bought more, but would be nice to give guests enough to last so they don’t have to make a trip to the grocery store.

A group of 7 of us came to Breck for a long ski weekend. Winterpoint was the perfect location for us with a quick easy walk to the lift and ski in proximity to the 4 O'clock run. Loved every minute we had in this home. Comfortably fit the 7 of us with room for at least 2 others if needed. Would definitely rent this home again!

Happy with pretty much everything, beds weren’t the most comfortable. It had everything we were looking for in a condo. Would have liked a griddle in the kitchen since we had pancakes in the morning. A Keurig would have been nice, coffee pot was available but not coffee was available, could have bought some but we would have had a ton left and didn’t want to bring it home.Was happy to see that any unopened food left was also donated to the local food shelf.

We rented this unit at the beginning of August to do some hiking. The unit is nicely decorated, well laid out, but a little worn with some features like the carpet and the wood on the front outside stairs is rotten and one of the top steps is damaged. Our biggest issue was there are no ceiling fans or air conditioning and it was quite hot. We left the windows open (which didn't seem to help the air flow upstairs), but there was quite a bit of noise from the street and other neighbors going well in to the night since they also had to have their windows open. The good thing about the unit are the location (walk in to town easily). We had a great time, but for the money I would have expected something better.

This vacation rental was very spacious. It was clean. Beds were comfortable, it came equipped with humidifiers(which is always a plus), and had fans, for those of us who need the white noise. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. Only issu I had was figuring out the thermostat...but after a few tries we got it right. Would recommend.

We were able to book this property for two nights rather last minute. It is spacious, clean and well-appointed. The location to town and the snowflake lift is good - you can walk to the end of the drive and take the shuttle to the snowflake lift in a few minutes. It's a short walk to town. The inflatable sofa sleeper is actually comfortable! This property has 3 restrooms and will accomadate a large group nicely. Would stay there again.

overall it was a nice place to stay. The carpets could be cleaner and there is no good place to takeoff your shoes before walking on sleeps 10 but the living room only sits 5 comfortably especially if you want to watch a movie together.

A very nice condo for the price being charged. Early December is not quite the prime season for skiing or snowboarding, but to get a condo like this for the price made our weekend great. It was clean & had everything we needed.

Our Condo was perfect for the 3 of us, it was the perfect size, had a well stocked kitchen, as well as lots of books and games, and I thought the layout was perfect. The garage was also a wonderful feature! We loved being able to get in a warm vehicle to drive around town. The location is great too. It was a very short walk to the Snowflake lift, with little or no wait lines, and a short walk to town as well! We used the fireplace every day to help dry out our ski boots and gloves, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will probably stay here again.
