River Mountain Lodge Lower Flume Condo is a cozy two-level, 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that’s close to everything you are looking for in a Breckenridge ski vacation. All the comforts of home are here, including a full kitchen, two full bathrooms, a flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace to lounge by after skiing. The dining table seats four, and there’s room for three at the counter for a quick breakfast or après-ski snack.

You’ll also enjoy the in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, underground parking (one car) with elevator access, a fitness center, and an outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels, and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. The condo was exactly what we needed, with fantastic amenities (3 hot tubs!). Loved the kitchen counter with stools, fireplace, and helpful front desk staff at the resort & vacation rental office. We had 2 cars and the vacation rental office was kind enough to offer us parking in their lot, with the hotel then offering us a 2nd spot in the parking garage. The proximity to everything in town was just blocks away and so convenient! We hiked nearby and then hiked/walked to the Troll statue. All in all a fab weekend with a great place to stay. 10/10 will stay there again.

3 days of spring skiing. Great location. Easy access to gondola and return from ski hill via 4 o’clock run (across the street). Good Wx conditions all 3 days. No problems with condo.

River Mountain Lodge Lower Flume Condo is one shuttle stop from the Gondola and the 4 o'clock trail at Breckenridge drops you right across the street from the entrance to the lodge. The setup of our unit was pleasant and we had everything we needed.

Great Location, nice space. A bit older unit as far as in appliances, shower, etc. Could use a few updates. Wonderful communication with Summit Mountain. Outdoor space has two outdoor hot tubs and a pool. One hot tub totally out of commission as they were improving it. The other (by the pool) did not have functioning jets. Overall though, we would stay again.

Comfortable and clean property in a great downtown Breckenridge location. Management company was excellent - quick check in and very responsive. Easy to walk to everything in town and easy access to the gondola. Unit had dated furnishings, but everything was clean and in working order.

This is the second time we stay in this resort. Great location and proximity to the slopes, Perfect condo for 4 and you can’t beat the location for dining and walking long Main Street. Did I mention parking was included! That’s a great bonus also. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Free coffee downstairs. Right at the shuttle stop, literally front door. Garage parking so no need to clear snow from your car. You can ski down via 4 OClock Pretty good amenities in the apartment

We wanted a place to stay near the downtown area of Breckenridge and this place certainly filled that requirement. It is just off main street with an easy walk to shops and restaurants. The property itself was tastefully decorated, comfortable and felt very homey. It had everything we needed for a very relaxing stay.

Excellent location. Close to a river and walks on either side. Close to shops and restaurants. Just walk across the blue river bridge. Close to bike rentals. Complex had a hot tub and pool. Quiet location. Condo was nice and conveniently located for our needs.

My husband and I stayed here in mid-July for 13 nights. Photos give a pretty accurate representation. Furnishings were good. Kitchen was well equipped. We cooked many meals and had pretty much everything we needed. Appliances were very clean and in good condition. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked, and the shower was good. We probably had enough towels for 2 months for the 2 of us. It was very nice having the laundry right in the unit. The procedure for venting the dryer was a little weird, but it worked. It was a concern, having the bedroom upstairs with no A/C and only a little skylight to crack open. However, it cooled off considerably every night and we were reasonably comfortable. The biggest drawback to this unit was the small balcony. It was very dirty, as were the 2 chairs and small table. It overlooked the pool, which got a lot of use, so it was frequently noisy, with the windows constantly opened. We opted to not spend any time out there, and instead just went outside to sit or walk along the river or in town. The parking garage was sometimes a challenge to find a spot for our Suburban, but we always did find something. The check in process was simple, and we appreciated being called in advance to let us know the unit was ready. We started out making coffee in the mornings, but quickly discovered that they had complimentary Starbuks coffee available in the lobby, so we just went down for that. We also appreciated the very nice gas grills out by the pool and used them several times. This location of this condo is excellent. We were only the next block behind Main St. It could not have been better. It was convenient walking to everything in Breckenridge. This condo was not as updated as some others, but it was comfortable and a good value. It would have been a little crowded for more than the 2 of us. Overall, I would recommend a stay here.

This was our 2nd stay at RML.... a different unit than before... and we really enjoyed being here in the “off” season to enjoy the leaves and some cool weather. As we learned after a previous stay, you want a unit that faces the courtyard instead of the noisy and busy Highway 9 bypass. This was very quiet. Our unit was very clean and well-furnished for two. Much like many of the older places in Breck, it could use a facelift, but everything was functional and it was only a 3 day stay. (One quick fix would be replacing some of the electrical outlets. Many are “stretched” and won’t hold a plug. A few bucks and 30 minutes.) If you need a boom box with a cassette player, this is the unit for you! RML in general is ok. Staff is nice. Parking is difficult for large vehicles, but we never moved our truck in 3 days and walked everywhere. Plenty of luggage carts available - and please return them to the lobby! (A huge pet peeve of mine) The location is great. Everything you need is walking distance. One of our favorite things about Breck. Like I said great value for a quick trip and we would stay here again.
